This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers 2,200 square feet of comfort, style, and space—perfect for families, couples, or groups looking to unwind just a short walk from the white sands of the Gulf. Enjoy resort-style pools, tennis courts, and stay just steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico (apx 5-minute walk to the water's edge).
Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the fresh updates throughout. The home has been recently painted and thoughtfully decorated with new furnishings, new bedding, and a completely refreshed kitchen featuring painted cabinets and stunning quartz countertops. Whether you're cooking dinner for the whole crew or grabbing a quick bite before heading to the beach, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.
With two separate living areas—one on the main floor and one upstairs—there's room for everyone to spread out. The upstairs living room features a brand-new sectional sofa and a card table, perfect for movie nights, board games, or a little quiet time while the kids play downstairs. Just off the main living space, a large covered porch invites you to relax and listen to the sound of the waves from the Gulf—morning coffee and evening cocktails have never been more enjoyable.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:
The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access.
Two additional king bedrooms are located on the main level, as well as a brand new Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom offers both a king bed and a queen bed, cleverly separated from the second living area by sliding doors and adjacent to a spacious full bathroom—ideal for families with kids or couples traveling together.
When you're ready to explore, you’ll love having access to the Heritage Shores amenities, including tennis courts, a community pool, and the clubhouse—all within walking distance. And of course, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to spend your days in the sun and surf.
Pet lovers will be happy to know this home is dog-friendly for pets under 30 lbs. A minimum age of 25 is required to book, and there’s a 3-night minimum stay year-round.

Very nice location. Short walk to the beach. Pool, and tennis. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. They did offer to clean the next day, but we took care of it that evening so we did not have to be around the mess.

Great spot for beach or pool. Right in the middle! Ample beds for everyone to sleep in. Separate icemaker was unexpected surprise!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Some updates/ repairs are needed. A little TLC and this would be perfect. The neighborhood was great. We had a great time and would return.

I must say it, We love this little neighborhood! Quiet and friendly.
Not too close to town but close enough to go in to shop or dine or drive gokarts and take dolphin cruises. Very close to the marina and restaurant, close to the ferry, The neighborhood offers a calm and restful place to swim and go to the beach.The house was clean enough, and roomy enough, but could really use an outside seating area for those excellent Gulf Coast evenings and mornings. We really wished for a place to gather. The kitchen has great storage and counter space and the fridge is pretty roomy and has a basic icemaker. Dining seating was a bit awkward.
We also thought we'd love to know the previous color scheme because there were huge paint change clues, like a vibrant green on a door showiing through.Some of the houses in this neighborhood have extra bathrooms in the laundry room and it was a feature we kind of missed.
So instead of ending on a whiny note, the house was pleasant, cool, lots of storage and closet space, and the upstairs would be perfect for a bunch of movie watching game playing kids on rainy days, or too hot days when they need a sun break. This was a very comfy spot with the best bed in the house, or, as one of the kids said, "on earth".
There is a huge closet up there, the big bathroom, and a nice space that would be good for maybe another bed or a place to put an airbed or game table.
