Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

We loved our stay at ocean vista! The condo was clean and stocked efficiently for my family. I wish the slide doors were updated because they were hard to open, the noise from outside pool area traveled through easily and they let a lot of heat in, also wish they had black out curtains because the sun was incredibly bright in the morning, no sleeping in. Still a fantastic stay!

Beautiful ocean view! The property is very well maintained, and the security personnel were fantastic. While the interior could use some cosmetic updates and the pots are a bit older, the stunning view more than makes up for it. I would definitely come back—highly recommend!
