From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, a spacious pool and hot tub, and private deeded access to a pristine Gulf beach located just across the street. A private dock on the Bay provides the ideal spot for fishing, boating, or simply watching the sunset.
Inside, the home welcomes you with a grand entryway, highlighted by hand-painted murals and a gold leaf tray ceiling. The first level includes a home gym, two-car garage, elevator, a bedroom with an en-suite bath, and expansive wraparound decks that open onto the pool area.
The second level features an airy great room with soaring ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and panoramic views of both the Gulf and the Bay. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a convection oven, a wet bar, and a walk-in pantry.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large office with a queen sleeper sofa that can be totally closed off for privacy. This level also features the luxurious master suite, which includes a king bed, a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in closet, and direct access to an oversized deck.

Absolutely a stunning home! Loved how spacious it was for our family to spread out and have their own privacy. The elevator was an added luxury for sure! The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the outside grilling area. We all loved the pool and our own private beach across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

We just spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful home in Captiva, FL, and it was truly amazing! The house is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins everyday at the bay and also at the beach. We made wonderful memories here with our family, from morning coffee with ocean breezes to gorgeous sunsets every night. We can’t wait to come back!
