About this apartment rental
Lands End 1610 is a truly unique vacation rental condominium featuring over 2400 sq ft of space with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a den. This property is for guests who are a bit more selective about where they choose to stay. Our property has a luxury coastal feel and has 2 bedrooms on the main level (both queen beds). The bedroom closest to the water has an en-suite bathroom. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open and luxurious. There is a deck with comfortable seating and water views out to the Gulf of Mexico, Bay, and Pine Island Sound. Upstairs is the primary suite and den with a sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a queen bed looking directly out onto the water with an en-suite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Amenities at Lands End include a heated pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Easy walk over to the beach over the golf course walkway. While you won't have resort amenity access, you are saving 20-50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee, and get to choose your unit. Five-night minimum stay required and 6 guests maximum occupancy.

Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Such a gorgeous property. We will definitely be back. Only draw back is not being able to drive golf cart to the beach and not able to use resort amenities. The neighborhood pool and hot tub amazing! My kids wants to use the gym which was not available. Hearing the ocean up close made the vacation!!! Thank you for sharing paradise with us

Check in was easyKitchen had ants, dishwasher smelled & did not workCondo smelled upon entering -/ most likely related to not being used/warm climate. Would consider air freshener dispenser (like a Firmdale hotel).Had to ask mgmt for iron/board several timesResort is under construction; resort amenities (other than Land’s End pool/tennis) were not available/included for our use
