*The area was hit by 3 hurricanes in the last 2 years so you will still see some damage when driving in but our Condo is in perfect shape and the beach is as beautiful as ever! There are still multiple restaurant options open in the area as well. The pool area and fitness area look better than ever but the tennis courts won't be complete until March 2025.

★ Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV w/ Netflix etc, private 3rd floor patio overlooking golf course and water on 2 sides - there is also a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi and a shower with two shower heads.
★ The downstairs bedroom also has a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV with Netflix etc., and private bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and large shower/bathtub. This bedroom has views of the golf course and water as well as access to the main patio.
★ The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv with Netflix etc, and a patio overlooking the tennis courts. The bathroom is two steps out the bedroom door - one sink, one toilet, and a stand up shower.
★ We have a Pack N Play for the kiddos & a Queen Sized Air Mattress that can be put into a gigantic closet w/ Window (Seriously the size of a bedroom) or the living room.
★★LIVING AREA★★
Enjoy lounging on luxury furniture as you watch a huge Flatscreen TV with Netflix etc, or enjoy the view of the water and an Osprey nest out the main window - you will see the Ospreys for hours a day....it is endless entertainment.
★★KITCHEN★★
You'll have all you need to make a gourmet meal - full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all appliances/cooking essentials like salt/pepper/cooking oil, you'll have everything you can think of. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas so if you are the one cooking, you'll still be in the conversation with everyone else.
★★BATHROOMS★★
The 3 Full Bathrooms are all very modern with high end fixtures. There is a bathroom in both Large rooms and a 3rd bathroom just outside the bedroom by the twin bedroom - this is the "shared bath" but you'll never have to wait with 3 bathrooms.
★★DINING AREA★★
Enjoy your snacks and meals inside or out with our dining table for 8 people and another table on the screened in patio - the lanai sliding doors can be opened to allow you expand the dining room size should you need it. You can also grill out with one of the many charcoal grills located just outside.
★★We have beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella for you to take to the beach★★
Other Things to Note
You have access to the Land's End Village pool, hot tub, all Gulf of Mexico beaches. You won’t have access to the Big Pool, Golf Course, or South Seas Member Restaurants - You will have access to all restaurants outside the gate.
If you would like access to all of the amenities - you can book with South Seas directly starting at $1,100/night during the offseason for a similar unit.
We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately, that means no matter how much we spray the home (monthly by HOA), a bug might sneak in to the home at some point.....if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.

The property itself was beautiful. We have 3 kids and were able to put the (2) boys in one room and blow up an air matress (great quality one that was there) for our daughter. There's a closet that's not really a clost off the main bedroom upstairs so she had her own space but was close to us. Great views, we saw dolphins and manatees. The section of the beach we were at didn't have many other people so we were not crowed. The host was very responsive when we had questions or issues. That being said, there is something going on with South Seas (this property is in the complex of South Seas but is not owned bt South Seas) where they blocked the only path to get to the beach. While we were there they put up a huge metal fence and moved tons of rocks where the view and the entrance to the beach was completely blocked off. In order to get to the beach we had to climb over a wooden fence that is about waste high, cross the golf course and through some grass. There were signs about trespassing and it was very unclear if we were allowed to be on the section of beach we were at or not. We never had an issue while we were there but it felt like we were trespassing everytime we walked to and from the beach. The fence made it hard to carry chairs or many items to the beach because you are not able to use a wagon.Overall, nice property but with the access issues to the beach it was a bit disappointing. We'd go back if the access was fixed.

We stayed at this property with our 6 kids, and everyone had a blast! Sean was super responsive and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely go again!

We had a wonderful time in this property! First time on Captiva so didn't fully know what to expect. Sean is great to work with, has great recommendations and always avail to communicate with. Property was exactly as described. Loved the pool, beach and my fav was having a glass of wine on the upper(master BR deck). Extremely peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for sharing this property :)

The home was amazing - clean - and felt like home - the views are amazing from all the decks - pool is just a few steps from our rental place - tennis court right there - beach very beautiful but small walk less than 3 minutes if even that - owner was very helpful with what to do and where to eat etc.. - The Compound where all the homes are located is Very safe and everyone were friendly - our kids were able to walk around at night and felt like a small town with familys outside walking around - We are for sure coming back hands down! Amazing!
