The Island Girl is an immaculate four-bedroom vacation home for rent on Captiva – nearly on the beach, surrounded by tropical flowers and foliage. A private, heated pool with a spa tub is yours to enjoy in between the delightful hours spent on the beach.
At the end of another fine day in paradise, step out on the beach with family and friends to admire the daily sunset – an incredibly beautiful event here on Captiva! Then let the sound of the gentle surf soothe your dreams on cool tropical evenings.
Here at the end of Captiva’s beautiful, private and quiet Laika Lane, there is no public access so only a few neighbors will stroll up the sandy lane to the beach. Whispering pines and majestic palms shade The Island Girl and the newly landscaped grounds. Nature seems at ease with mankind as osprey plays overhead, herons supervise fishing on the beach, and troops of spoonbills wander through the yard into the vast undeveloped tract behind the house. Island Girl’s location in the Captiva Village area is a big plus: you can easily stroll the short distance to anything you need including world-class restaurants, well-stocked stores, unique shops, and vacation activities.

4 bedrooms plus den, 3 and 1/2 baths: two primary bedroom suites (king bed, TV, and private bath for each primary), and more bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds), one with a half bath, plus another full bath in the hall

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.
Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee
and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded.
After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

This rental is in an ideal location...only steps from the beach and a short walk to the local shops & restaurants. The house is well equipped and we didn't need anything else for the week. The bedrooms are each roomy and bedding is comfortable. Having rented here several times before it's nice to see the improvements & updates. The pool is a perfect size but needs a little TLC. We would definitely rent again!!
