Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. This home was ideal for our multi-generational family vacation. We stayed one week. Great outdoor space. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Having 2 washers and dryers was very nice. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Our only suggestion, which is minor, would be to add more kitchen towels.Sato Real Estate was professional to communicate with. Maintenance arrived very quickly and solved a slow drain and toilet issue.

Fantastic location! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Short walk to the beach and some local shops. Definitely worth a return visit.

Our whole family really enjoyed the house our only problem was the refrigerators in the house. We spent 1000 on food for our stay and had to use coolers most of the time because we were worried about food poisoning with the refrigerators not working properly. We did contact the management company and while they did send people out and finally after the 4th day there they had a actual refrigerator person come check it out and he said it needed a new part to fix it that’s all we heard, so we didn’t know what was going to happen until I had to contact the management company and they said “oh he ordered the part but it should work until then” well that’s what the other people said who checked it out. So it was really a hassle using coolers most of the week and having to buy ice every day with no help from the management company.
