The house is walking distance to a dozen restaurants and bars including a 30 second stroll to one of the best breakfast places and best shopping areas on the island, Pine Avenue. Spend your days lounging in the tropical backyard in the private heated pool and spa or grab a drink at the pool side bar under the covered lanai watching the large state of the art TV. The property was exactly as described. The house was clean, the beach wagons with accessories was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday after the beach. Prime location to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Property is lovely and as described. The location is great especially if you are wanting to be able to walk to restaurants and shops! We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation spot. The location was excellent - close to beach, bars, and restaurants. The amenities were fabulous - bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to carry it all down to the beach. The property was very clean and well equipped. Pool table, cornhole, swimming pool with jacuzzi, BBQ in a very nicely done backyard that gave that real "vacation vibe". Tip for the sliding door between the patio and garage that is alarmed: Press a a button on the top of the door every time you open it, and be sure to close it within 15 seconds to avoid the alarm from going off. The properties next door have the same thing and we could frequently hear it over there too. The only reason I took off a star was one of the dresser drawers fell off when we were unpacking and smashed one of our guests big toes which became fully black immediately and painful. I realize this is an unpredictable occurrence, but when we notified the management company, they didn't even seem to acknowledge it. Having said that, we still had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.

This home has an amazing location and was walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had an unfortunate pool experience where the heater was not working for over half of our trip. I spent everyday on the phone with the rental company who at first insisted it was working but then sent someone to.check it and it ended up needing a new pump and heater. We had 5 small children on this trip so that was a big bummer. They claimed the pool was checked before we got there but it didn’t seem that way.
