Conveniently located just a block away from Anna Maria's Pine Avenue, guests have easy access to fabulous shopping and dining options. Moreover, the Gulf or Bay Beaches, situated at each end of Spring Avenue, are within a short stroll. For those who prefer an active retreat, various rental options such as bikes, golf carts, GoPeds, and mopeds are available, allowing visitors to explore the tropical paradise hassle-free.

Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours. The Gulf Coast of Anna Maria boasts exceptional fishing opportunities, with two fishing piers and numerous charter captains available for hire.

The living room opens to the large balcony with outdoor dining which over looks the pool area and guest house. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas under both the main house and guest house. Other features include pool table, connect 4, an outdoor shower and gas grill.

There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.
This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking and gate area.

Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

Consider renting Jersey Girl's little sister Jersey Gal for a smaller party. It features the front house with 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests.
