We visited Lake City to ride the trails in and around Alpine Loop. This house was perfect for our family of 4. This was during the time in which you can ride side by sides through town and hit the trails instead of trailering every day. We enjoyed our stay…big plus was this home has a tankless hot water heater. A major deal with 4 people (3 girls) trying to take showers back to back. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely remodeled cabin in the heart of lake city! We loved the location right on the river with easy access to alpine loop! Would highly recommend!

This cabin was the perfect size for the three of us and our lab. Plenty of parking for our trailer and SXS and super easy access to the alpine loop. Close to town and a great creek in the backyard. Don’t miss out of a campfire and star gazing while you are here! I’ve never seen so many stars at once as we dod here. Property owner does reside in the neighboring house but is friendly and respects his guest’s privacy.
