NEW ! Enjoy our apartment 100 meters from the impressive Arenal beach! Apartment with 1 double room, with kitchenette, terrace, backyard for laundry area, bathroom with shower. Completely newly renovated, with great taste. You will have a fantastic community pool for the whole family, large outdoor areas, and direct access to the beach. Just 50 meters away, you will have all the services such as: Restaurants with different cuisines, shops, souvenirs, supermarkets, etc. And on the beach, do not forget that you can enjoy motor boat rides, pedal boats, water games !!! Do not think about it anymore, in Castellsol, you will enjoy a fantastic and well-deserved vacation.

The appartement was newly renovated nicely decorated, and very clean.
Very well located, with lots of beaches less than 30min drive away (and one 10 min by foot).
Far from the busy crowds of the south.
Very small remark: the kitchen could have had a bit more wares (e.g. bowls, vegetable peeler).

There is a washing mashine and dish washer. Very handy. Everything inside is new, usefull tools in the kitchen, nice welcome kit, confortable beds. Not many windows and small space so very hot inside, especially in the night. There are two fans but they are noisy. The swimming pool was a disappointment. I know it is not under mauterVillas but it was not very clean with very old ties. We never used it. To get to the apartment there are also some stairs to do, we had a pram for our baby and it was annoying to pick it up to go up and down the stairs. Overall the apartment is nice and in a very good position. 5 min walking to the beach and close to shops and restaurants
