Apartamento Sol Isla Arenal de'n Castell

Todo muy bien y los dueños pendientes de todo para que estuviéramos agusto.

Ubicación excelente, limpio y con todos los servicios que uno necesita.

La ducha era estupenda y en general el apartamento, muy agradable y con todo lo necesario.

Quizás el calor en el salón.

The apartment is in a very good location with street parking, there are exceptional restaurants on the beach and the supermarket is a few steps away. The beach is 5 min away by foot.

This apartment is not clean and at arrival we found hairs in all the beds and on the table. The bedsheets and towels are stained. The bathroom sink table has very sharp edges and since the bathroom is very small and narrow it is easy to get injured. The shower doors do not close properly. There were no trash bags, no soap, just some leftover diluted shower gel that others left behind. The toilet paper was not enough. When we informed the host about this, we were told that this is not a hotel so they are only providing some soap and toilet paper for our arrival not for the entire stay. After paying for the accomodation we were told that there is an additional tax to pay upon arrival of 2.2 euros per day per person. This tax should be communicated upfront at booking, not after completing the payment.
