Modern renovation ! Special end unit with two balconies for beach, city, sunset & sunrise views! We are a premier 5* host and have appointed a concierge to pamper you during your stay! Start relaxing immediately knowing that any groceries you want bought initially have been pre-stocked in your refrigerator and pantry. This initial single stop local Publix Instacart pickup & stocking service is free and included along with many other concierge services like aiding in making golf, boating, dinner and other reservations. Airport pickup and other services are available but for an extra fee.
The extensive renovations now provide for an open kitchen-living area layout, new flooring and lighting throughout, an enlarged master bedroom bathroom with dual sinks bathroom and much more !
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo resides majestically on the 15th floor in Tower 3 of the South Seas Resort. It is a special wing unit with two balconies! The main balcony has gorgeous seasonal sunset views over Tiger Tail Park and wraps around with views down the expansive Marco Beach. The second balcony is on the other side off the kitchen. It is perfect for enjoying a cup coffee watching the sunrise over interior Marco or a quiet book nook admiring Keewaydin Island and Goodland in the distance.
Don't worry. If you are not an early bird, we've got you covered. If you are a night owl, you will love choosing between enjoying the peaceful moon rises and glows of the interior Marco lights from the kitchen balcony or admiring the gorgeous twinkling of stars over the beach from the large wraparound beachside balcony.
Wake up in the morning admiring the beach & sea from your king bed in the master bedroom through the large glass slider door and deck. It has a private en-suite dual sink bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. This twin bedroom has expansive views overlooking the interior of Marco Island. We also provide a twin roll-away bed.
The kitchen is well equipped but you will likely want to enjoy the wide range of nearby restaurants with an island flair!
Our condo is in Tower 3 of the prestigious South Seas Resort, a gated community with pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, boat docks and of best of all, directly on the beach. In addition to the expansive beach in front of our condo tower, we are adjacent to Tiger Tail Beach Park.
After enjoying Marco explore nearby adventurous Everglades City or the upscale shops and restaurants of Naples.

This place is as good as it gets anywhere! The owner is great to communicate with and his property manager met us at check in and was awesome to work with! If I could have my own Florida Beach Condo, this would be the one!Completely as advertised. It has everything for if you want to stay in for meals, or an easy short drive to lots of local restaurants. It also has all the things you need for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, shell scoops, sandcastle building supplies, etc.10/10 and if possible, this will be the place we rent from now on!

The condo and property were wonderful. Beautiful condo, with sunrise to sunset views. The owners and property manager were accessible and extremely helpful. Wonderful family vacation!

Great time in Marco! The place was exactly as advertised and very professionally managed. While we did not have any need to communicate during our stay (no issues), the interaction and information shared prior to our arriving and the personal check-in service provided was great. Love Marco!!!

Dick, the owner, was excellent to work with from his first message to assisting us with any issue that came up. Even allowing us to check in two days early when our hotel accommodations prior to visiting Marco weren’t ideal. We made a few suggestions on how to improve the stay and Dick very kind response addressing the issues. Kim the property manager was also very helpful in getting us settled and answering questions. Overall a great experience.
