Beautiful Luxury Garden View, one bedroom, two bath Air Conditioned condominium at the Waipouli Beach Resort on Kauai.
This Newly Decorated ground-floor, Garden View is a one bedroom, two bath Condominium located just steps to the white sand beach and two acre "Fantasy Pool" at the First Class Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa on Kauai. King mattress and sofa sleeper: Queen-size sleeper with a 5" memory foam gel infused mattress. There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

We loved this condo! It is now our favorite after staying in several condos at this resort over the past several years. We loved the beautiful decor, and the comfortable new sofa sleeper, the large screen TV, and everything new in the kitchen. The condo was very clean! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the condo was great. The property management company was professional and friendly and the communication was excellent. We will definitely stay at this condo again!

The Host was very welcoming, friendly and responsive. The unit was as represented; spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent; close to grocery shopping and places to eat.

There was an odd moldy smell upon entering the unit, the fan in the bedroom was crooked and made strange sounds and the water pressure was very low when filling up the tub and it took so long that the water was barely warm by the time the tub was finally full. However, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Having some more blankets available would be nice. The location is excellent with beach access, a restaurant on site, close proximity to shopping, dining and the airport.
