Our seventh stay at Waipouli and although the location is still great, the unit we rented showed it's age. The unit was clean but the carpets and chairs were stained and some of the chairs require restuffing. Appliances overall were good however stove top took forever to heat up and there was no stove top vent, so steam and odors filled the room. Beach chairs and toys in the room were great.
