Nice location on the island. Easy to get to all parts for sight seeing. Pretty beach and lovely pool system. Plenty of hot tubs and slides in the main pool too!
Very nice condo well stocked for everything. Two bathrooms with connecting doors. Close to the elevator and best access to the pool.
Balconies in general at this resort are lacking for most rooms. You won’t be sitting outside to eat and enjoy the view. They are too narrow. But we could sit on the chair and/or stand to look out.
I’d not hesitate to recommend this place. We had a great time here!

H305 was as described. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice view. As noted in instructions, there are a few supplies to get you started, but a market across street for anything you need. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils etc. and we cooked in a few times during our week stay. I do wish balcony was just a little bigger, but we made the most of it. After driving and walking around other resorts, this was hands down the best. Our highlight more than anything we did was getting up early each morning and watching the sunrise, absolutely fantastic and worth the stay on the east shore. The best restaurant in the area it turned out was the one at this resort. We had wonderful meals there, excellent service and oceanfront seating. Highly recommend this location if staying on Kauai. The only small issue was internet was down when we got there, but followed instructions to call the service number and they fixed it right away.

Neither from the living/dining room nor from the bedroom did we have an oceanfront view. If we sat on the bedroom ledge which was called a deck and had been outfitted with a table and two chairs, we had an oceanview. If we sat on the sofa or at the correct angle at the dining room table and looked through the narrow side window we had an oceanview. Otherwise, we were out of luck. This was totally misleading advertising and therefore quite overpriced. The spotless condo was well comfortable and well outfitted for the two of us.
