About this house rental
Come enjoy this entire Loveland home. Newly remodeled and includes 2 bedrooms (king and queen) and room to use the included blow up queen size mattress and extra bedding. Fully supplied kitchen.
Outside area includes a dining area, grill and fenced in yard.
It's a 2 min drive, 5 min bike ride , or 15 min walk to charming downtown Loveland 's restaurants, microbrewery, parks, playgrounds, river, and kayak and bike rental. Also, a 15 min drive to Kings Island, 28 min to downtown Cincinnati.
The bike trail is a 78 mile loop starting in Springfield and ending in Hamilton County. It can be accessed in Downtown Loveland and it is great for walking or biking and runs right past the local restaurants and lovely downtown area. Two beds, King in one room, queen in the other, blow up mattress and bedding available in queen room closet
Pack n play under the king bed
Patio has dining table for 6 and a lighted umbrella as well as a grill to enjoy cooking outside.
Fenced in yard for your dogs
• Kitchen Essentials: Pots, Pans, Plates, Dinnerware, Glasses, etc., blender, coffee (Keurig) as well as traditional pot (some coffee to start with)
Grill available outside
• House Essentials: Coffee, Paper towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, soap and toilet paper
• Linens: Sheets, Blankets, Towels
• Free Parking in the car port and on the driveway, as well as on the street please note there is a camera in the driveway for us to monitor landscaping and lawn mowing
• Laundry in the hallway, (soap provided)
Iron and board in the queen room
• Endless recommendations for things to do, places to go, things to eat when you stay

It's a 15-min walk to downtown Loveland 's restaurants, microbrewery, parks, playgrounds, river, and kayak and bike rental. Cincinnati's pro sports, riverfront parks, bar/restaurant district, and museums are a 25 min drive. Kings Island is 5 miles away

Loved this place and definitely renting again. It was a clean, functional and dog friendly home with plenty of parking space and a fenced in yard for the dogs. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. The host was great and had perfect communication. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, convenient location! House had everything we needed and we appreciated all the dog friendly things provided. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor patio and table, and the fenced in yard corralled our dogs very well (even the escape artist). Would recommend and would stay again!
