First of all, we had a wonderful time! Vacation with my husband, 5 children, 2 daughters in law, 1 son in law, and 5 grandkids. Pool was great for the kids! Plenty of space for everyone! Management company and host great! Streaming device on TV missing and was replaced the next day. But I do want to give an accurate review. The cabin seemed like it hadn't been cleaned well for some time. Many items were broken or in disrepair, shelf in refrigerator, toilet seat, theater seat, cabinet door(which my husband was able to repair). The kitchen was not very well equipped, the seating outside was inadequate for the number of people staying in the house, there was only a tiny mountain view, unless you were there when all the trees were bare. The dishwasher didn't work, but should be getting fixed. There were no extra blankets, only the comforters that were on the beds. There was no broom. But again, we had a great time, I just like to have honest reviews when I am looking for vacation rentals so I want to do the same.

We had a great time, it was a great space for our group. But there were a few things that could have been better.The upstairs air conditioning died on our second night, so that wasn't great. The cleaniness was ok, I found some trash after checking in in the bedroom. The theater room floor was filthy, and the theater chairs need some repairs. Several were falling apart. The kitchen didn’t have a broom and a lot of the cookware is in dire need of updating. Very poor quality. There were 3 can openers and not one of them worked. The pool cues were un usable, we eneded up buying one and leaving it there. The communication with the company was great and they were very nice and helpful. The cabin in general just needs some updating and repairs.

The house was large and accommodated our group of 8 adults and 11 kids with plenty of room to spare. Beds were comfy enough and the house was clean. However, kitchen was not well stocked for large groups. For example, there were maybe 12 spoons, 8-10 coffee mugs, no glasses larger than 10 oz (and not enough of those either). The hot tub was broken when we arrived. One of the arcade games upstairs was not functioning. They attempted to send someone to fix the arcade game but I didn’t respond quick enough (took me 20-30 mins) and the person had left the neighborhood. I never got a response about the hot tub. The bottom drawer of the fridge was also broken. Overall the house was adequate and we enjoyed our stay, but if you’re advertising certain amenities those should be available. And if your say the house sleeps 30 people, there should be a kitchen stocked for 30 people, in my opinion.

The cabin was awesome I was very pleased, my whole family loved it, the kitchen had every utensils you could imagine, the pool was nice ,theater room awesome game room nice bedrooms beautiful we really enjoyed it well worth the money. I would rate it 11 .out of 1-10

I always record a place I stay when I first walk in to note any prior damage to property and the cleanliness of the place. Only one shower could have been cleaned better. The rest of the place was clean. The jacuzzi tub did not work properly in my room. The hot tub kept stopping. We had to keep getting out to flip the breaker to reset it. Warning: There is one step going to two bedrooms that are upstairs that is a death trap. It almost blends in with the floor. I tripped and bruised my shoulder, knee and thought I broke my hand. Be very careful. There should be a sign there to watch out for it. Several others missed the step as well. We noticed a few broken seats in the theater room and some deep scratches in the floor and walls. Otherwise, I loved the cabin. Lots of space for the 16 of us that showed up. Very peaceful area with lots of tall trees. Loved the firepit. Loved that there was enough seating for all of us to eat together. The pool table was nice to have there. One of the video games doesn't work but the other one has a bunch of games to play. Kids hardly played it anyway. They spent most of the time in the pool. Didn't see any bears. Maybe next time. Communication from the hosts was pretty fast and thorough. No issues there. Even with the few flaws, we had a great time and plan to return next year. If you are like me and don't like to leave messes, bring a broom and dustpan. There were none in the cabin and I can't just leave the floors dirty. My choice I guess.

this was a family vacation for everybody get together and relax. We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the hot tub the pool. There was always plenty of room would stay here again thank you so much for hosting us. You guys answered any questions that we had and it was a pleasure working with you and hope to do it again soon.

I had a group of girls from my music organization stay here and we had an amazing time. First of all, the cabin looks great! There is plenty of space, fitting 30 people, and enough bathrooms to be comfortable. There was also plenty of cooking ware to use. We didn't end up using the pool or the hot tub, but it was nice that it was available, although they did smell a bit funky. Check in and out was easy, great and very quick communication with the owners. Only problem we ran into was that there was space for 30 people but on property, there was a sign that said 26 towels available. It ended up being fine, but this would have been nice to know before showing up.

This cabin has it all. Prefect outdoor space with firepit. Best hot tub we have been in. Pool was a great temp but not as clean as I would have liked. The owners checked on ua which we thought was nice. The cleaning staff def needs to a better job but other than that, this place was amazing. We will def be coning back.

Sleeping/room arrangements were amazing. Very clean. Awesome communication. Easy check in/out. Pool was used a lot. There was a very steep, nicely mowed back yard. The kids enjoyed walking down to the creek behind the house. Did not get to use the fire pit bc a burn ban.We definably will vacation there again!

Overall this cabin was good for what we needed. It was mostly clean, had a good amount of space, beds, and dishes. The pool and the hot tub were clean. We enjoyed our time here. When we had the microwave issue and contacted the host, they responded to the text quickly that they would check with their maintenance teamThe parts that made me rate the cabin lower is that the microwave stopped working during our 1st morning. It was not fixed or replacement provided or communication after being told they would check with maintenance. This made some of the food prep challenging for the rest of the weekend. Some of the blankets were not clean. They had lots of hair on them. The linens on the beds were rough/ barely a blanket. I have seen these sorts of blankets in a camper. For the cost of the cabin, I felt like they could have been a little nicer.

Dirty sock laying in front of steps, wine bottle in parking place beside house. Almost ran over it because it was clear. Just trash along and in driveway. Silly string on walls in Kitchen.

The host was constantly on top of all our my questions from before the home was booked to after we checked out. The communication was on point. The home was exactly as expected! The check in and out process was the easiest one I have every had to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property managment group! Our Trip Was Absolutely Amazing From Start To Finish! From the big bedrooms with bathrooms in all but 1 this was perfect for our group of 16. The kids loved the indoor pool & theatre room. The adults loved the hot tub & fire pit. This location was spacious enough that we could all spend time together or have our own space. The pool and hot tub was clean & was a the best part for the kids. The host checked in to make sure we were settled in okay and didn’t have any questions. This was a perfect place to stay to celebrate my college graduation, my daughter’s birthday & Mother’s Day all in one extended weekend!

We ALL absolutely loved the facility - was perfect in every way and provided all the amenities we could ever ask for for each of us!! Was SO much fun, we want to do again in the next few years. Highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering, family reunion, etc. Fairly close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to enjoy the events, activities there as well. (ONLY hiccup was the management companies changed right before we left and I was panicking ~ BUT all worked out well and easy to work with!) Thank you!!

The house was nice. It was a great size with plenty of bedrooms. We loved the two dining tables too! It was good for our short family get away. Pam was very nice and very attentive. The only issues we had is that a tv remote control was broken and the living room fan was covered in dirt and dust. The hot tub lights only intermittently worked, but that did not affect our stay negatively at all.

We really enjoyed the place. Huge area for cooking, eating, playing cards, and board games. The area felt secluded, but had a few stores nearby in case we needed to pick some stuff up. It was about a 35 minute drive to Gatlinburg.

Warning do not be deceived by the pictures of this cabin! My friends and I with our children went up for Labor Day and this place was below our expectations. Let me begin with us specifically choosing this cabin because of the ( Pool) amenity which we were not able to use because it had chunks of hair that looked so disgusting! Second -the fridge was gross. 3rd -the overall first floor where the dinning table was had a bunch of dog hair and chips that wasn’t picked up nor swept. The fans that were not too high you can’t clearly reach with a swifter had 2 inch dust. Clearly it had never been cleaned. 4 -The kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly either , and mini oven was dirty. 5-The bathroom were so filthy with pee, Pubic hair, and poop that we had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean because it was just repulsive! We paid $450 for the housekeeping and needless to say if one is paying this amount the house should be clean! When we contacted the owner and the housekeeping they claimed the person sent to clean the house had a hard time due to the previous guests bringing dogs, therefore it was very hard to clean overall, then they both claimed that the images I sent them did not match the ones the cleaner sent them.Warming STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! This place is not worth it! There are better cabins with better pricing and much better amenities, and not to mention 100% cleaner!

Would not recommend this cabin for people with small children. No adequate play area - the yard is a straight down hill. The noise is very loud inside. Cabin very dirty - dust & dirt hanging off the fans. The pool leaked & was not fixed during our stay. Hot tub was 70 degrees when we arrived. Requested a partial refund for the pool out of service & received no response.

The pictures on internet didn't quite match property. It was hard to park four vehicles without have to move one so others could get out. The fans in family room had about 1/4 inch of dust on them. The one outdoor grill was too rusty to use. I liked the two tables for everyone to have a seat to eat at. Rest of the cabin was clean. The upstairs air conditioners could not keep up cooling during the day. The temperature would rise to 77 degrees. The fan on air conditioner could not move enough air to upper level. We had maintenance come out and checked things over and they removed the air filters and said everything was working correctly. The cabin has some nice features with plenty of room for large group. Some of the attractions were too far away on single lane roads so hard to get to them. If wanted to just spend time in one area it was good.

We had a group of 7-12 grade students and some chaperones. The kids had a great time and were sad to leave. I wish I had known before we were almost there that we needed to bring our own pool towels, though.
