Big Dipper Lodge is a spacious 3 bedroom 4 bath 4,331 sq ft cabin on an acre with hiking less than a mile away. Fast Comcast internet, Roku, Amazon Alexa Unlimited Streaming Music and indoor Swimming Pool. Kitchen and 3 baths have exotic granite. There are 3 Master Suites, each with King log bed, attached bath, and Jacuzzi. Upstairs area has 2 bunk full sized log beds. The indoor heated pool is on the cabin's lowest level, and has a deck to sun, and Amazon Alexa to stream your favorite music. Convenient 20 min drive to Gatlinburg attractions, and without the heavy traffic of staying in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Smoky Mountain Park entrance is 7/10 mile away!

Main level has Living Room, 8' Brunswick billiard table, stocked kitchen, Laundry Area, and Master Bedroom 1. Upper level has 2 Masters, an area with Full size bunk set, pro foosball game, and spacious theater room with superior sound, high end seating, mini fridge and microwave. There is a 75" flat screen with Bose sound. Top floor crow's nest has a hot tub for 7 with wooded and seasonal mountain views. You can catch your favorite shows as hot tub area has Roku and HDTV! Lowest level features indoor heated swimming pool 22'x18'

The Big Dipper Lodge is a truly beautiful property. It’s even better in person than in the photos! The property is private, surrounded by nature. You can’t really see the neighbors! The entire process was incredibly easy. Jamie and Dane are wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to help me when I had communication issues. We hope to go back !!

Stunning cabin. Tranquil location. Superb host. My family had a wonderful time, we could have spent the whole trip just enjoying all this cabin had to offer. Ranging in age from 66 to 6 we all loved this cabin. The pool was clean and refreshing. The whole place was exceptionally clean and came with everything we needed from comfy beds to paper towels. There is a Dollar General super close and convenient. Check in and out was a breeze. It was away from crowds but close enough to hit the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg every day. 10/10 I would recommend and stay again. If I could change one thing about our stay I would have booked more days.

Everything was great! We had no major issues with this cabin and the stay! Everything was accurate as posted. We loved the pool and theater room the most. The hot tub room itself is located on 3rd floor which made it hard to stay very long. We did enjoy it but somehow needs more air flow. 10/10

The cabin was great and the location was perfect. Far enough away from the touristy stuff to be peaceful, but close enough to pop over for dinner/shopping. Super close to the national park entrance and some great hiking. The only constructive feedback I have is just to update the cookware in the kitchen.

Great cabin, had so much to do we hardly left to explore. When you do leave you are close enough to Gatlinburg that it is not a pain to drive and far enough away to where you don’t deal with all the people. Host was great, cabin was easy to get into and everything was clean.

The pictures do not do this cabin justice! The pool is much bigger than pictures can possibly show! My husband & I, brought our three young adult children & three of their friends. The boys loved the movie theatre room & totally hogged it lol. I suggest bringing or going to the Croc outlet in nearby Sevierville, for shoes around the pool & hot tub, plus climbing the stairs from pool to hot tub. If your family uses a ton of ice like we all did, grab a bag at the close by gas stations or stores. Cosby is cozy, yet close to so many places & activities. Your hosts, Jamie & Dane, are there for your questions & concerns quickly & efficiently. I use a cane, so from a slightly handicapped perspective, this house was do-able…helped me get my steps in, too. We are manifesting a return visit, this place is all we wanted, plus so much more!

We had an exceptional experience. Owners were great with communication and the house was very nicely stocked with everything we needed. The home was just as described, super clean, tons of activities to do inside from the large indoor pool to the hot tub and the theater room as well as all the games and billiard table. The beds were very comfortable and the home decor was amazing. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back

This place is amazing and huge! The kids were entertained the entire time between the pool, theater, smores at the fire pit, roaming the property, soaking in the hot tub, and building forts on the bunk beds. We watched Wicked in the theater and felt like we were at the movies with the awesome sound system. The adults enjoyed poker, pool, and catching up on shows and watching football while lounging in the hot tub. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The drive to Gatlinburg is peaceful and beautiful. My only recommendation is more pool towels. We had 7 people with only 4 pool towels. Nonetheless, this was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. Until next time!

Beautiful place exactly what we were looking for, but I had a accident while I was there. I had wet feet from the hot tub on the top floor and slipped. I fell all the way down the flight of hard wooded stairs. (16 steps) I was very lucky but I did rip/tear all the tendons in my left arm. My arm is messed up for life without surgery's. There was no had rails (zero) on these steps. With no hand rails is the reason I fell all the way to the bottom. It was a long drive home with only using 1 arm. I wish when I explained this in text to the check in and out person they would of responded in a caring way. They did not even acknowledge my fall when I told them what happened.

This one is better in person! We will be back. The hosts make it so easy too! The pool was amazing, bigger than we thought:) Hot tub so relaxing, and each master has its own in room Jacuzzi and bathroom! We all felt so spoiled on this trip. Pool table was fun and definitely made time for movies in the theater room. Wonderful family vacation!

Cabin was perfect and just as described! Kids had a blast with the pool and theater room. Cabin was very clean, roomy and had a lot of essentials provided. Fully stocked kitchen, TV with Roku in every room. We really enjoyed our stay. However if you are coming down to explore gatlinburg and pigeon forge like we were, it’s quite the drive into the cities (35-45 minutes to get into town). Would recommend still; and would stay again! Perfect for bigger families, we had 8 total with plenty of room.

Our family loved this cabin! Between the indoor pool and the movie theater we didn’t leave at all our first full day. The kids loved the area too. We took a walk one day and the surrounding woods were just beautiful. The location was ideal too. We were close enough to go to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for some attractions but not so close that we had to deal with crazy traffic and crowds. The hosts were also super kind and dry responsive. We will definitely be back!

Overall everything about this place is amazing it is so relaxing and plenty to do around the cabin it’s close to gatlinburg as well the games and theater and pool were awesome my kids loved every minute of it they didn’t want to leave they were already begging me to plan another trip the day we left we will definitely be coming back it was very clean just over all amazing if I could give it more then five stars I would thank you so much for an amazing weekend.

My family and I enjoyed such a relaxing and enjoyable thanksgiving at this home. From the moment of booking up until after checkout, communication with the homeowners was so quick and clear. The home was in a quiet and safe area. It was only about 35 minutes from the gatlinburg area which allowed for plenty of entertainment when our family wanted to get out. Honestly, the home was so stocked with games, movies, fast internet, pool, and lounging areas, spending time in the home was the most enjoyable part of our vacation. The home was stocked with plenty of starter packs of cleaning items, kitchen pans, towels, it was a smooth transition. We could not recommend this home more!

We had the best time while visiting this beautiful home! Very clean, lots of things to do to keep the kids busy, the owners really did think of everything to have to make the stay comfortable! We even extended our stay we loved it so much. Not too far from things to do, and not too close, so still peaceful and quiet at the same time. The house is breathtaking. Very clean, comfortable, and so much fun stuff to do. There were days we just wanted to stay in and enjoy the pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table and theater room instead of going into town. Communication with the owners was prompt and professional. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the off the beaten path cabin and quietness. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. We were initially disappointed that there wasn’t any Mountain View because of the tree growth, but quickly lost that once we got settled. We were just 2 minutes from a Dollar General for the quick trip for thing forgotten. The private pool was an added bonus.

The beautiful cabin, the indoor pool, very efficient communication with the owner, the quiet solitude when we needed it, the reasonable drive to area attractions, etc. Most rewarding of all- each family member said they had fun and want to stay here again!
