Stefano is a great host that helped us in anyway. If we needed help he reacted fast and helped where he could. We had a large apartment on the first flour. No terras, but the private beach and garden whete close by. We enjoyed our time there.

The residence is really beautiful and is in a perfect location close to the lake with direct access to the beach and the ferry. For a trip across the lake to Orta or isola San Giuglio you can either go by canoe or take the ferry. We also used the ferry to return after hiking. The village nearby (20 min walk, 5min by car) has some nice restaurants, a supermarket and a small bakery. Everything you need you can get there. You could also rent a boat from Stefano or take lessons, if you are interested. Stefano is a great host and you can always contact him in case you need anything.
We will definitely go there again.

We have stayed a week near the Orta Lake in Stefano"s appartment and it was wonderful. The location is magnificent next to the lake with a large garden and the use of the canoes. Stefano and Margharita made us feel comfortable and at home right away and we enjoyed the large house,
