On a Saturday, a short walk will bring you to the Albany Farmers Market down on Collie Street. Otherwise York Street is a 2 min drive to the CBD options of cafes, restaurants and retail shops.
This wonderfully appointment 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has 1 queen primary bedroom with ensuite and 2 x queen minor bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6. We are able to provide infant facilities (porta cot and high chair) on request so there is room for more making it a perfect family get away space or for work.

Great newly built 3 bedroom.house. Great location looking over the bay. Only suggested improvement is with the widi which was intermittent.
