Very clean and well presented properly in a great location.
Some small refinements would help. Like table in downstairs bathroom ( had to put toiletries bags on the floor )

Location
Noise and security lights coming on and off all night lighting up the bedroom. The mattress in master was terrible lumpy. The noise in the master was terrible. Awake every morning at 6 am with the cafe next door and no glazing on the windows
