Location to Middleton Beach, walking, restaurants, cafe are excellent. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well appointed to enjoy a lengthy stay and cook your own meals. Sufficient cooking utensils and crockery for 6. Everything you need to begin your stay is provided, including milk and coffee pods for morning Nespresso, cooking oil, S&P, sugar, laundry pods etc.

It is Albany weather, and it is an old building, so unfortunately there was a musty, mildew odor when opening kitchen cabinets.

Location was lovely, had everything we needed for our stay. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had every thing we needed.

The wifi didn’t work which was a big downfall and another expense for us. There were two holes in the walls- one behind the upstairs toilet door and behind the main bedroom door. Many of the dishes weren’t washed properly that had been put away.
