Lovely heritage house, each room was full of character and bits and bobs to explore. Location was perfect, backyard great for the kids to explore. Hosts planned a lovely surprise for our anniversary, with lots of special touches. Highly recommend for family/group stay.

Only negative would be the mattress in the room we stayed in could have been a little more comfortable, fine for a night or two, but we were feeling it after night four.

We loved the whole cottage and its family feel. Especially the garden area

The bedding could do with better quality pillows and linens. The sheets were very stiff and uncomfortable.
