The multi-level home includes a lofted area with a double set of bunks, making it perfect for families and friends looking to ski or hike, just minutes from Lift 7 and Clarks Market.
Conveniently located just steps from the local free town shuttle and directly across from world-class Nordic trails, this retreat is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
ENTRY LEVEL IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR
The Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and king bedroom are on this level.
UPPER LEVEL
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals after a day of adventure. Relax on the oversized, comfortable sofa in living area with large TV. Dining area with dining table seating 8 also has a wine refrigerator. Up the spiral staircase to the loft featuring two sets of bunk beds.
Additional amenities include covered parking, a shared pool (available in summer), and a shared hot tub for relaxation. (LIT does not manage pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.)

Our stay was great! Quaint and cute area to stay in. Telluride is amazing and this was a walkable distance to everything. The only issue we had was finding the place it’s a bit confusing but we got the hang of it.

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved that it was close to the golden goose bus stop. The parking garage was great to keep our car out of the elements. Kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals. Bathroom toiletries were great. Beds were comfortable too! My kids loved sleeping in the loft.

Experience the best of Telluride in this charming condo in a perfect location. A short walk to the ski lift. Quick stroll to Clark's Market for groceries. The rest of the town and its amenities are a bit longer (5-10 minutes walk) but very accessible. No need for a car at all.
High marks for cleanliness, comfort, and conveniences (kitchen well stocked). Looks just like the pictures. Great shared pool and hot tub, too.
A special shout out to the property manager who helped me with a (non-property related) issue big time and was extremely responsive to my text messages.
Can't go wrong here if you are bringing a group of 5+ to Telluride.
