Stay in the heart of Telluride at this spacious two-bedroom plus loft, two-bathroom condo, just a short walk to Lift 7 for direct access to the Telluride Ski Resort, the free gondola, restaurants, shopping, and hiking and biking trails.
Sleeping up to eight guests, this mountain retreat features an open living area with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Guests also enjoy access to community hot tubs, BBQ grills, green space, and one on-site parking space (first come, first served), making it an ideal home base for every season in Telluride.

ENTRY LEVEL
Enter via a short set of stairs into the spacious great room, where a cozy fireplace, comfortable living area, and fully equipped kitchen welcome your group. Start your mornings at the breakfast bar with a cup of coffee, or gather for a home-cooked meal at the dining table, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.
SECOND LEVEL
The second level features a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, complete with a separate soaking tub and shower.
THIRD LEVEL
Continue upstairs to find two additional sleeping areas: a second king bedroom and an open loft with captain's bunks (twin over full), ideal for kids or extra guests. A second full bathroom includes a convenient stacked washer and dryer.
Guests can unwind in the resort-style amenity area featuring both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, showers, restroom facilities, and a cozy indoor lounge. GREAT location - literally 1 min walk (in ski boots) to Lift 7, and 3 minute walk to the beginning of the downtown attractions. Cozy condo with everything we needed. Super responsive property manager. Had one issue with leaking bathroom sink pipe; was fixed almost immediately.

Great property - convenient to all of Telluride’s treasures, steam showers are an added delight, comfortable beds and snuggly fireplace. There’s only 1 parking spot, but the team was very helpful getting us an extra town park pass.
