Great family condominium on Telluride's popular west end! This three-bedroom plus loft condo is located on S. Mahoney Street, just two and half blocks from the base of Lift 7. Bedding: King, queen, two sets of twin bunk beds, queen bed The entrance to this condo is one level up from the entry. There is a full kitchen open to the L-shaped living room with plenty of seating, a 24-inch flat-screen TV with Roku, DVD player, stereo, game table, dining table that seats eight and a wood-burning stove. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two sets of bunk beds. The shared bath is accessed from the hallway and has double sink vanity and shower only. Upstairs in the loft is a queen bed, 15-inch flat-screen TV and balcony with obstructed views of the ski area to the south. The Smuggler complex has ski locker access. This spacious condo is comfortable for a larger family or group of friends. Guests also have access to the communal hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The grocery store is next door, while downtown is just four blocks away—a 10–15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - The fireplace is not available for guest use. Parking Details: - This property includes one driveway parking space in front of the Unit F garage. A second vehicle may be registered for A zone street parking, subject to availability. - Maximum two vehicles. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
