Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire 3-bedroom condominium, including its private balcony and in-unit laundry amenities. Guests also have access to shared community features within the building complex, including the communal building hot tub and 1 designated covered parking space in the building parking garage. Trash disposal is available directly outside the building.

Our property is situated in a mountainous area that showcasing a lively and active summer vibe. The neighborhood transitions into an outdoor paradise during the warmer months, making it easy to spend your days hiking wildflowers, mountain biking, or golfing on nearby courses.



The nearby village plaza serves as a hub for summer fun, hosting outdoor concerts, seasonal festivals, and farmers markets. A short walk connects you to excellent restaurants, open-air patios, and local boutique shopping, ensuring there is plenty to do when you aren't out exploring the mountain trails.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless without a car thanks to our central location and excellent pedestrian infrastructure. You can easily walk to trailheads, the village roundabout, and local plazas, or utilize the free bus and shuttle line that services the area. For guests bringing a vehicle, 1 covered parking space is provided in the secure building garage with a 7.3-foot height clearance.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please note the Gondola and Chondola are closed down seasonally and for maintenance.



Please note that the unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building and requires climbing approximately 30 stair steps to reach the front door.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking

specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
