Sitting privately on a beautiful knoll, Bearfoot Memories boasts a large wide open deck for you to enjoy that morning cup of coffee and take in the unobstructed view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Relax under the stars in the inviting HOT TUB on the deck. The entry level of BEARFOOT MEMORIES has a wall of windows from floor to ceiling with the mountains appearing in the living room as a work of art from every angle. The open floor plan features FULL KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING AREA, GAS FIREPLACE and large flat screen TV. Both main level bedrooms have KING size beds with full baths and whirlpool tubs in each bath. The upstairs loft area has a comfortable sitting area and queen size pull out futon and regulation size POOL TABLE. We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Bearfoot Memories had everything I was looking for in a cabin...2 king beds on the main floor, ensuite bathrooms with showers, a wonderful view and close enough to Gatlinburg and Dollywood to only require a 20-30 minute drive. Here are my personal pros and cons for the cabin:PROS: (in no particular order): - The view was spectacular!- The hot tub was clean and worked very well. - The cabin was very clean, including the rocking chairs and tables on the outdoor covered deck.- The upstairs bonus room pool table was a lot of fun, the room was well lit and comfortable with good seating areas. - Beds were very comfortable.- Good overhead lighting in all roomsCONS: - I felt that the counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated...just my personal preference. - Showers are quite small.- Only 1 bedside table in each bedroom.

Enjoyed our time at Bearfoot Memories. Perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). Unfortunately (or fortunately?) we didn’t see any bears at the cabin, but did on the mini-golf course in Gatlinburg. The shared road and private driveway were both steep and narrow - take it slow. The views are wonderful. We loved the location - close enough to town to get there easily but far enough away there isn’t a crowd or traffic. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table by after long days exploring. Loved how dark the bedrooms got with the blinds and curtains but anyone sleeping on the futon would probably get up with the sun.

We came here to enjoy some sister time and we were not disappointed having two king-size bedrooms on the same level made this a perfect experience for us because it was easy for my sister who has mobility challenges. If you was fantastic and the open floor plan , made it perfect for enjoy basketball finals, games and dinners:) we hope to come back soon!
