Dreaming Bear Cabin has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, one for every room, so the negotiating is over before the bags are unloaded and everyone can get on with the part they actually came for — the deck, the view, and whatever's about to happen on the pool table. The living space is one wide-open room where the kitchen, the dining table, and the sofas all share the same air. It's the layout that makes a big house feel like a single trip instead of five separate ones. Someone's chopping, someone's setting ten places, someone's half-watching the mountains through the windows and losing the thread of the conversation entirely. The dining table genuinely seats ten, which means the whole group eats together without a folding table in the corner or a kids' shift in the kitchen, and there's a washer and dryer for the muddy-boots, wet-swimsuit, spilled-syrup cycle that every mountain week eventually demands. Sleeping arrangements are the quiet luxury of this place. Four king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, each with its own private ensuite bath — four of them with a soaking tub as well as a shower. That's four couples who never share a sink, plus a fifth room for whoever needs their own door to close. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
