Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very underwhelming. At first glance, the cabin looks nice, but once we settled in, we noticed a strong, musty odor—almost as if it hadn’t been used or properly cleaned in a while. One of the bedrooms had large, thick cobwebs, and the entire space was quite dusty. There were also noticeable amounts of pet hair on the rugs and some of the pillows, which made the environment feel unclean.The most frustrating part of our stay was the lack of Wi-Fi. The property manager did send someone out to restore it, but they were unable to fix the issue and mentioned a possible outage in the area. We were not given any clear explanation or estimate for when service might be restored. Given the cabin’s location at the top of a mountain—with no cell service for anyone in our group—we were completely cut off from communication unless someone drove down the mountain. This was especially concerning since we were unfamiliar with the area.All of these issues combined made the stay quite difficult and ultimately unbearable. We ended up leaving a day early. I would not recommend this property until the cleaning and maintenance are improved and the Wi-Fi and communication issues are fully resolved.

The property was beautiful and had a cute little stream running under the footbridge! The pool table played well but we had to use a short stick on a lot of shots due to the tight space. It's close enough to Gatlinburg but far enough to see some wildlife... even saw a bear walking up the road one evening. The hot tub was a nice bonus :-). Very Clean and cozy and well worth the price!

This is a nice property. We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a quiet place in the woods to hang out without the hustle and bustle of a busy vacation area. We were pleased to find that type of a spot to stay for a few days. Beware that there is absolutely no lighting on the wood walkway or stairs. If you arrive after dark, expect to need a flashlight to find your way to the front door. The lighting from the porch is very dim and does not light the stairs or walkway. We would recommend that you bring a flashlight.

We enjoyed our stay; we like the fact that neighbors were not to close. The drive up the mountain was a tad bit nerve wracking if you are scared of heights. All was good after a few days of driving up and down. They are building a new cabin next door. We could not hear the contractors unless we were outside. That did not bother us at all, as a self-employed contractor I guess we are just used to it. We would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable with plenty of room to move. The little creek that runs under the walkway leading up to the cabin was the best part. Our chocolate lab loved the cold mountain water. The only recommendation I would add is some type of lighting for the walk way after the sun goes down you can't really see the steps. Dropped my hot dogs walking down to the grill when I missed the step :) all was good after we got a small flash light from the dollar store

Upon arrival 3 codes didn't work to open the door to the cabin, then when called answer machine(no real person answered) they called me back and code to key box wouldnt work either. View was not very good, at night not enough lights to see to walk up outside stairs (dangerous). Tv in bedroom was mounted on side wall but electric cord wasnt close to reaching an outlet (couldnt use). Pillow cases were scratchy the downstairs bathroom door had an inch gap when shut, toilet paper holder was maybe 2" long and useless plus more issues. Wouldn't tell anyone to stay there. Very disappointing for the money I spent.

Beautiful, however the hot tub was not clean ,the master lights did not work and the spiral stairs were hard to deal with. Had an issue with getting in the property due to no cell service. All and all was good and would love to stay there again,even saw a 🐻 in the yard.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was very peaceful sitting out on the deck. We saw bears every morning all around the cabin which was very entertaining. The only problem we had was when we tried to get into the cabin the code did not work which forced us to drive back down the mountain to get a cell signal to call the management company. We had to do this twice. Other than that, I would definitely rent this cabin again.

Deck and steps brand new. Hot tub perfect. Super clean. Online pictures accurate. Checkin horrible. Unable to give zero star rating. Expected from previous reviews. Was met at checkin by pest c9ntrol service. Parking limited due to construction dumpster and leftover lumber from decking project. No cell service so it was necessary to drive .5 mile to communicate keyless entry malfunction. Management was overall courteous and apologetic. No seperate fee for pets a plus. If there was cell service would stay again. My mother was in hospice at time. Otherwise not a deal breaker.

Everything was perfect except they did not tell us the code to the inside alarm. Eventually we found the code but only after 5 minutes of alarm blaring across the mountainside. My favorite part was the stream running through the property it was so peaceful!! Check out time could be later but overall it was amazing.

This property was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again although there is some updates that need to be done. There was some soft boards on the deck , and the master bedroom ceiling fan wouldnt change speeds and the light wouldn’t work but overall very nice and peaceful. Our last night there two cubs came on our porch and chewed the hot tub cover , it was very cool but scary at the same time.

Cabin was very nice and tucked away. Could only see 2 other cabins up the road. The sound of the creek was amazing when sitting in the hot tub. The only issue we found were some of the boards on the deck needed to be replaced. Some of them felt like you could step right through them. Over all it was a great experience.

Everything from check in to check out was very informational and easy. The property is beautiful and so is the cabin. It's far enough away but still convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and all of the attractions. There was far less traffic and more privacy. Any information needed was emailed to me or available inside the cabin. The cabin is well furnished and there is plenty of room for the whole family. There was also ample parking for more than 1 vehicle. The hot tub was fabulous and great for the chilly evenings as well as being under a covered porch. The balconies with the rocking chairs were a plus to enjoy the beautiful rooms. The only inconvenience (which is very small) was that we cooked almost every meal there and could have used a few more skillets, pots, and pans, but we made it work. We were provided with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, etc. We felt right at home in this beautiful cabin and have already recommended it to family and friends. We will most likely boom this cabin again.

Recently rented this property and absolutely loved it! It was secluded and peaceful.. loved being able to sit outside and hear the creek. Check in/ out was very easy. Had no issues while we were there. Even received a phone call from the property management team during the stay to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend!

We had a great week. Very relaxing. The drive into the house was more then we expected in regards to the climb amd the curves. LOL!! Saw a few Momma and baby bears on our porch, trying to get into our truck and laying on the porch like a dog. We really needed that week away and this home fit the need perfectly. Nothing like starting your morning with coffee or ending with a glass of wine in the perfectly heated hot tub. Highly recommend Dreams and Streams. Amenities are great for adults or families. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

When we arrived we didn’t have the code for the door and had to wait to get in contact with a lady from the office to get code to get into the cabin. Hot tub didn’t work had a tech come out he changed one setting on hot tub and waiting ten minutes while he played on his phone and then he came in and said hearing element was out so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub after paying extra money just for the hot tub then we tried playing pool and the table was leaning so bad every single ball would roll to the back left pocket pictures of the view was not accurate at all we couldn’t see anything but the road and a couple other cabin. Cookware was junk and coming apart and most of them was broke then we had to load dishwasher and it smelted so bad when I opened it like rotted food and the instructions says to start the dishwasher before leaving and it wouldn’t work either. Way over priced for cabin will not ever rent a cabin from this again and will tell everyone the same thing

Had to cut trip short a day. No fault of the property we were supposed to leave on Monday and the forecast had changed from 3 to 4 inches of snow to blizzard like winds and 10 to 12 and we didn't want to get snowed in. Overall it was a nice relaxing cabin. Very easy to check in and out. Hot tub was great. Would rent from them agian.

Overall our stay was good. The location was okay , just wish there would have been a better view for all the driving up we did on the winding road. Thankfully the construction next door was not too loud. it could have been a little cleaner; there were some leaves in the hot tub when we took the cover off. When we turned the jacuzzi on it somehow leaked a little bit of water to the room downstairs, we tried calling for assistance but didn’t get a response. It was nice to have a pool table for entertainment.

Booked this rather pricey unit for one night to host my daughter’s 17th birthday party; the only thing she had asked for amenity wise was a hot tub. Called the maintenance people after letting it heat up for a few hours; to be told the heating element was likely out; and, therefore the hot tub could not be used. Filed a compensation complaint with the office; but, was informed it could take up to 2wks to be reviewed by a manager to determine what if anything could be done.

When we pulled up to the cabin there was a huge mess that I had to clean up with fear of attracting animals. I think it’s ridiculous that I had to clean up spaghetti while on my vacation I was forced to get a broom with cleaning supplies to clean up the steps coming to to the front door. I am not happy at all about this at all. Pictures attached. There were more areas all the way down the stairs but before I could take pictures my mother was already trying to clean it up. Second I have been unable to successfully arm the alarm system using the stay function as the instructions say by pressing for 3 seconds. The other functions work but the one we need to feel safe while in the cabin doesn’t. Third , all fans are connected to a light switches and you are not able to enjoy the fan while you sleep. I find this very odd and not very hospitable. Lastly, I need to be able to set the alarm even though my dog will be here. I don’t want it going off if he walks around catching the motion sensor. Can someone confirm it is ok to set and leave ? So far our little get away is not off to a very good start and it’s sad with everyone being so excited to come. Even three days not one single bit of communication from the property. so disappointed all the way around.

We did not have cell service so internet was a must and guess what... it was out the entire time! Had a water leak that leaked on a bed downstairs from the upstairs shower and was never fixed!! Remotes to TVs did not work properly and some didn’t work at all. The water filter was disgusting, electrical breakers were off causing now power in some rooms until we discovered the breaker box, the passcode given for check in did not work so had to find a signal and call the main office. Nice cabin and nice spot but terribly managed and we were never offered any money back or anything for the issues we had. We had a bed get soaked and only thing they done was replace linen very displeased and will never stay with them ever again!!!!
