The large teak terrace with barbecue garden furniture not overlooked. The beaches and shops of the city center all within walking distance. The furniture chosen by me, the new kitchen and bathroom with high-end appliances: flat screen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, walk-in shower, hanging toilet ...
upstairs rooms under the roof under comforters with a large double bed and 2 single beds. the Velux windows make 2 skylights and allow the air flow of a natural ventilation so pleasant at night.

I booked this house in utter faith that they had 2 separate rooms as we were coming out with friends. I paid up front and upon scrolling quite far down on the reviews before leaving for the holiday ( flights paid etc) I came across someone who had remarked that the rooms were “interconnecting” I immediately contacted the host of this property who said that “ if this was a problem we can offer you an upgrade” I didn’t want an upgrade. I was quite upset that I had paid for something I was not going to actually have and would have been deeply disappointed if I had arrived at the house to find out that I wouldn’t have any place to sleep. I wanted a refund. It was a breach of contract as their site was deceptive. However they cleverly replied that a refund was impossible because I was too late in asking for one! I was “ too late” to realise I had been duped as once I told them I was filing my complaint the owners went on to their site and changed the description saying “ the rooms are interconnecting”! I do have proof and will be taking this further But have lost all trust in Vrbo who I feel have not looked into this seriously enough and found it simpler to just say “It’s up to the owners discredition” BEWARE If the description says “two rooms” then you are naturally expecting 2 rooms. It’s quite simple But very deceptive if those 2 rooms turn out to be interconnecting.

A very friendly host and excellent location!

We spent a great week in this wonderful apartment. The garden was also very good for our dog and he really enjoyed it. The communication with Claire was very friendly and easy and everything works fine. The flat is located perfectly and the town is very pretty. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely time here. The cottage is small but perfectly formed. The outside patio area was perfect for us to sit out in, with a nice little pool around the corner too. It could not have been more ideally located: at the end of a quiet lane with the beach less than 10 minutes walk in one direction and the centre and harbour of Sanary 10 minutes in the other direction. Closer still a mini market, patisserie and pharmacy, and a small neighborhood cafe/bar at the end of the lane. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are in the attic space but with Aircon that cools the whole place down which we needed in the 34 degree heat. It was a great place to holiday in and we're hoping to go back in the future.

We had an outstanding time in this beautiful house. The house has all you need and is very convenient. We stayed there with 2 kids and our dog and it was very nice. The pool is great and the kids loved it. The location in Sanary is perfect you can reach everything by feet and Sanary itself is we think the nicest place to go in that area. Claire is the perfect host...

Very pleasant house perfect for 2 with our dog. Quite because at the end of a street with a dead end. Nice decorations with all luxury you need. Good size terrace. Owners are very friendly and helpfull. Very close to the centre and the beach.
