Wonderful remodel on 13 Hilton Head Beach Club Villas. Granite Counter tops, tile back splash, open kitchen, tile floors, new furniture, nice flat screen TVs and only minutes to Hilton Head Beaches. Bike paths, shops, restaurants are only around the corner from Hilton Head Beach Club. One great location for you to enjoy your vacation. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 13 Hilton Head Beach Club is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Condo sleeps six people with king bed in the master suite, new vanities in the master bath, queen bed and twin bed in the guest room with an updated bathroom also. The couch in the living room folds out for guests so six people can sleep comfortably. The patios on the front and back of the town home are wonderful to relax at the end of the day in the shade after being on the beach. Community pool is close by to cool off in. Only one car pass per stay for this property. Home owners Association only allows one car pass for a two bedroom condo. There is no additional parking at this complex.

We recently stayed at this condo and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Traveling with two teenagers, we wanted to have plenty of options. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just a short walk to a variety of shops, fantastic restaurants, and, best of all, the beach! Whether we wanted to grab a quick coffee or açaí bowl, enjoy a nice dinner, or spend the day soaking up the sun and listening to the waves, everything was right at our fingertips.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet still close to all the action.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stress-free place to stay. The check-in at the realty office was friendly, quick, and organized. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The property was as pictured. Large front and back enclosed areas. Upstairs balcony. Steps to the pool. Short walk to the beach access and to Coligny Plaza. The only issue was there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa.

This was a great location. Cleaning could be a bit better. Behind chairs and end tables a bunch of dirt and some dead bugs. It was otherwise a great stay!
