We have reviewed 101 before but haven't been there for four years because of COVID-19 for two years and health reasons for two. We have always loved it, but it's been updated with new floors and enhancements in the kitchen. It is on the first floor (second if you count the parking area as a floor) with a great view and a wrap-around balcony, and it is right across the hall from the laundry. We had stayed in several Chateaux units, but once we found it, we have only stayed in 101.

Enjoyed the unit and was glad we were on 1st floor. I'm giving it a 5 Star, because it was the cleanest and most organized unit we stayed in. Only downside was the elevator was not working - that was bad with luggage even though its 1st floor. Our AC acted crazy but MGMT company was very fast to attend to problem. We would rent this unit again.

Been staying here for a few years. White and I could not be happier with this area and unit. Owner is so nice and helpful. Great restaurants and beach area. Unit has always been clean and what a nice porch to sit on and watch the sunset. Also the bed is so comfortable. We have already got our next years week secured. Easy check it and check out. Thanks to all - had a great time again.
