The one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is perfectly suited for a couple or small family to make amazing vacation memories that will last a lifetime. The sugary sand beach of Indian Shores makes the perfect playground, rounded out by the large heated pool beachside. Time to eat? Your fully equipped kitchen has what you need, there is even a gas grill near the pool area to use if you choose. Need to take a break from fun in the sun, your Gulf front living room features a large Smart TV connected to high-speed WiFi . The bedroom also has a Smart TV. This is a Non-Smoking Unit. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room couch has a convertible pop-up Queen Sleeper, there is also a Twin Rollaway bed in the closet. This condo provides FREE long-distance to the US and Canada and FREE hi-speed secure WiFi. Online application operated Laundry On-Site just down the hall. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Everything was amazing while staying at Chateaux Condominiums with Plumlee. The staff at the office were so laid back and nice. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The view of the beach from our condo #108 was breathtaking! I can't wait to go back and will definitely rent through Plumlee in the future!

Beach is nice and not super busy. The area doesn’t have much for food/bars within walking distance! Condo is nice and clean. Could use a couple updates (shower head). Would recommend.
