Property was just as advertised. Very clean and beautiful Gulf view from balcony. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable for our 10-day stay. Only drawback was the elevator, but we were aware that it was out of service prior to booking. We would definitely rent this unit again.

What a pleasant surprise to arrive and have a property exceed expectations! Great property and great location. The staff was also very professional and responsive. We decided to extend our stay by one night and the office made it very easy to do.Recommend!

Have stayed at the Chateaux for a week for many years and have always loved the accommodations. However this year the elevator was out and we were staying on the 4th Floor. This clearly affected our stay and changed our normal routine. As I have had numerous knee surgeries, it was clearly difficult to deal with all the stairs multiple times a day. While I appreciated the discount for the inconvenience, it was still difficult. I did love #405 and have stayed in that particular condo at least 5 times. Have many great memories staying there . Hopefully all will be well again when the elevator is fixed
