The living space is an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen that offers a large island with seating open to the dining area. Three large bedrooms offer a King bed, a Queen bed and a kids room with 2 Full beds. Two full bathrooms. There's a Sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Perfect for a family vacation this home sleeps 10 guests.

Our vacation rental home is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and excels in comfort, privacy, space, and most of all, views of the famous beaches of Clearwater Beach.

The extremely large outdoor area gives you plenty of room for all your entertaining needs. Plenty of space to eat, play or just unwind and take in the beauty!!

It is located right on the beach, about 1.5 miles north of Pier 60 with nearby charter fishing, shopping, site seeing and tons of local attractions. You’ll never run out of things to do!

*Splash pool is 3' deep and the pool heat is $20 per day + taxes - 85 degrees from Nov to April.


Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
