Amazing location!!! We were steps from a gorgeous beach with warm Gulf waters. We saw lots of dolphins and rays and schools of fish all day. The kids loved the beach and also swam in the pool while we were back at the house eating. The amenities are fantastic with tons of towels and kitchen supplies. It was nice to have the washer and dryer and the hose in the back to rinse sand. The house fit 18 of us comfortably and didn’t feel tight at all. We all had plenty of space. Downtown was a short walk and we enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We loved Sunday Brunch at Island Way Grille as well!! The only thing I didn’t like was communicating through evolve instead of VRBO- it was much slower.

Family trip 2025 was the most amazing trip we have ever had! The house was fabulous, very spacious, very clean, and the pictures were spot on! I had multiple communications with JR(host) prior to going down and he answered all my questions and more! The layout of the house was very conducive for our family, giving everyone there own space and privacy. The rooftop patio had breathtaking view of Clearwater Beach. You can literally walk 10 steps to hit sand! Within a short walk is a convenient store, a must stop would defiantly be Reefers Social Club for drinks and great food, and Frenchie's Rockaway Grill is a short walk down the beach with outstanding food and drinks. This will be our family vacation destination for many years to come!!

Very musty old smell with old outdated furniture. Had an unforgettable bad moment with the parking, including tickets and being harassed by the other tenants behind us. Still part of the owner’s house we brought the harassment up to him and there was NO reply to the comment. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER.
