This was a perfect location for our college friend reunion, with 6 bedrooms and baths, so everyone had their own rooms. We could walk to the small town, walk easily to the beach, chat on the porch overlooking the pool, and enjoy our well equipped home. The property management company was fantastic when we needed them, and answered all of our questions. We will rent again at this beautiful, very clean home!

We were very happy with location, access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and layout of the house. Only complaint is the hot tub was never warm enough to use. After I called, they promptly came and cleaned the pool and checked it. The thermostat was set at 104 degrees (which is normal for a hot tub), but it was too chilly to enjoy. Wondered if I could get a refund for what I paid extra to have a heated pool and hot tub?
