Welcome to 3 Wanderer Lane, a gorgeous elevated two story home that is only steps from the beach, located in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island! From the moment you walk up the steps and enter the home you will be excited.
Beautiful hardwood floors welcome you into the main living area. The living room has a large blue sectional sofa, two accent chairs and a 65” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. Plenty of sunshine comes in from the wall of windows that overlook the pool deck. Behind the sofa is a blue wooden dining room table that seats eight. There are an additional four seats at the adjacent kitchen counter. The kitchen is large, well equipped and is open to the first floor making this the perfect kitchen if you must cook while on vacation. There is also a sunny breakfast room with a large farm table and six chairs located off the kitchen that overlooks the spacious pool area. From this room you can exit to the pool deck. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with sink, washer and dryer. In the hall there is a ½ bath with a pedestal sink. Down this hall is one of two master suites on the first floor. Each bedroom has newer furniture, nice linens and private bathrooms. The first is a nautical themed bedroom with a king bed, bench seat and a 50” Roku TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity with skylight above and a walk-in shower. To the left of the living room is the other master suite which has a king bed, accent chair, walk-in closet and a 42” Roku TV. The private bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs at the landing area is an additional seating area with a sofa, bench seat and a 50” TV in the armoire making this the perfect kids retreat in the home. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor along with 2 bathrooms. To the right of the stairs is a bedroom with a king bed and 50” TV. Next door is another bedroom with two twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with two separate vanities and a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the stairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and 32” TV and a bedroom with two twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The home is located only steps from the pristine beach on Hilton Head and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza and the tennis courts. There is a private pool and spa at the home, a large pool deck, a table that seats eight, four lounge chairs, two additional chairs and a Char-Broil grill. A great place to relax in the sun and enjoy an outdoor meal! Parking is permitted in the attached garage, additional parking space available in the driveway at the home.

This home was the perfect location to be close to the beach with a short walk over. Plenty of space with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was incredible and the pool was fun! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is well equipped and there is enough space for a family to spend time together and not feel crowded. The location can't be beat - close to the beach and Coligny

We’ve stayed at other vrbo and this one was the best. Exactly how they advertised it. Minutes to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We had a lightning storm and it took out our upstairs air conditioning. They were very quick to come out and fix it for us. My only concern was we paid extra for the spa to be heated and it wasn’t

The property at first glance was perfect. Open floor plan, plenty of space. What we did like- the bikes provided were in good shape and we enjoyed them! Beach towels were provided. TV had plenty of options and the kids loved Disney + However, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work- the breaker tripped constantly. There was black duct tape holding the bathtub together. The door handle to the garage was sticky and most of the time we just walked around. The hot tub is not hot unless you pay extra. The location was amazing though and the neighbors were so nice! The decor was nice. But the bathroom was musky and the refrigerator barely stayed cold. I keep trying to come back to the positives, but we weren't that impressed with the home and all its issues- but the location was nice!
