Condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and storage room had all needs covered for beach gear. Location is perfect to walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops.

We stayed at this condo twice now and several times at this complex. Beautiful view of Gulf of Mexico and steps away from beach. Great amenities for the kids and lots of fun outdoor items including chairs, wagon and toys perfect for a day at the beach.

It was nice we have been coming to Indian rocks for about 6 years now. Thought we would try another place.There was some issues with the other tenants the cops came finally after a few nights of craziness! It was kinda a nightmare with the other ppl that are there earlier in the week. I feel they are there every year the way they acted! but very disrespectful to everyone else in the complex. The ppl that did security said all there stuff left on the tables for over a day....plates raw meat and were very vocal about well we have it streamed live to our phone from the camera so will take care of it.......but the food sat there for well over a day!! The inside of the place was nice tho to bad a few bad ppl spoiled it!,
