- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- Non-operational Limo parked inside the garage on the far left. It is Locked/Secured and not for guest use.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
Parking Details:
Max of 5 vehicles are permitted at this home with one vehicle in the garage, three vehicles in the driveway, and only one vehicle is allowed to be parked on-street.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We really enjoyed this property for our family vacation! Check-in was easy and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.A big highlight for us (other than the pool & amazing yard space) was the spacious bedrooms! 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, which was a big plus for all the adult couples we had.

It is a well kept property in a nice neighborhood and close to La Quinta town center area, which is nice. We liked the house in terms of the pool and backyard and kitchen, and had a lot of fun with the kids and hanging out. Overall we enjoyed it and it got the job done. Honest feedback #1 is the random dirty old limousine in the garage with the front hood sticking up is a bit odd... and #2 the beds - they were not comfortable at all (very soft and seemingly poor quality mattresses). Would recommend this place to friends but with transparent views about the beds. Might be worth looking into mattress replacements to really make this a solid 5 star type stay. But location, pool and backyard were all phenomenal, as was the clear direction from the hosts and nice recommendations for area restaurants, etc.
