About this house rental
From the time you first step into the entryway and up the stairs feel the sweet peaceful sensation wash over you as you walk out onto the main floor balcony and breathe in that salty breeze and hear the waves beat against the shore as you take your first look at the picture perfect view.
Walk downstairs and through the garage out your back door and onto a private stretch of beach on the BEAUTIFUL Gulf of Mexico.
Situated on the southern half of Treasure Island between the Gulf of Mexico and Intercostal Waterway is the community of Indian Shores. A short walk out the front door in either direction and you'll encounter quaint local shops and eateries.
The Main floor living area and Master Bedroom offer breath taking views as you relax with your morning coffee and enjoy evening sunsets from the balcony. There are Roku Streaming TVs located in the living room, on the main floor balcony and in the bedrooms and office with Wifi/Internet and Spectrum Cable provided.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, double sink vanity, garden tub with separate shower and toilet closet with plenty of closet space for your convenience.
The Guest Bedroom down the hall has two twin beds with its own full bath and on the Main Floor the bedroom/office has a couch that folds out to a full bed and shares its full bath with the main floor.
Extra towels are provided for beach/pool use and a beach mat is provided as well.
The kitchen offers new Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, and small appliances as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, a large center island and table and counter seating.
Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, mop sink, ironing board and iron.
And Downstairs you will find beach lounge chairs, umbrella, table and chairs.
Additionally, there is a private garage with opener for your convenience.

My second stay at Karen and Freddie’s townhouse and it was just as wonderful as ever. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back!

We have stayed at this property several times, mostly long term renters. Karen (owner) is wonderful to communicate with. Any concerns are addressed immediately. We love this place. It is clean, and very well equiped, and the view.......paradise!! Thank you Karen for another great year!

My family & I spent 2 weeks on vacation in absolute paradise! Karen was a wonderful host and thought of everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including stocked kitchen and bathrooms! This was a godsend to us, especially when our arrival flight was delayed and we got in at 12:30 am with a hungry, cranky family. The condo is immaculately clean without the accumulation of unnecessary items.The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly for our family of 6. The view is like something from a postcard and is only steps away from the door. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not overcrowded at all. There were comfortable lounge chairs (enough for all of us) and umbrellas available to use as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa pool and on the balcony. Karen was very easy to communicate with and so very kind regarding a mishap we had. We hope to make this our annual family vacation spot because no where else that we have been can compare to this amazing place!
