This property is beautiful!! We really enjoyed the ocean being right outside the patio! We can hear the waves from the living room! It is such a beautiful space and beautifully decorated!

Upon arrival we were told to gain a key fob from the lock box however there was nothing in the lock box once we finally gained access to it. We also didn’t receive a key to access the outside water to wipe the sand off of our feet. We did end up having someone deliver the key to us which was super helpful!

The ease to the beach was very convenient. Having the essentials such as beach chairs towels umbrella and sand toys at the unit was very appreciated, thank you! The condo was very comfortable and roomy. We will definitely be back!

The home a location were excellent. Close to a few good restaurants as well.

The management company is horrible. The listing mention free overnight parking across the street for an additional vehicle. Upon a rival we were told by city officials as well as local police that there is no free parking across the street, all metered (2.50/hr) as well and absolutely NO overnight parking. There are parking areas that will allow overnight through permit but permit is only obtainable Monday through Friday through the police department. Still awaiting a call back from vacasas “local” management team in regard to where to park my car without it being ticketed or towed. We spent the whole first night looking and calling around to find out where to park as to not get towed. 11pm we finally drove 15 min away to park the car. We even passed the management office(closed of course-11pm) on our way.

The location is undeniably the highlight — directly on Indian Shores beach with beautiful stunning Gulf views. The balcony provided stunning sunsets and a peaceful tranquil place to relax. The interior décor was clean, bright, charming and well suited to its beachside setting. The fridge, and kitchen facilities were excellent and made self catering easy and enjoyable. The TV provided lots of great options Good WiFi

Visible Storm Damage: The building’s ground floor clearly showed significant storm damage that has yet to be properly addressed. There were missing walls, exposed ceiling cables, and various areas boarded up, creating a sense of insecurity. At the front of the property, Booking.com listing photos show two rooms on either side of the entrance door. In reality, one of these rooms is now boarded up, while the other has an entire wall missing, exposing the interior. At the rear of the building, photos previously showed a fenced ground-level patio area with a gate and outdoor beach shower. However, this area is no longer fenced, the gate and shower have been removed, and the space is now completely open and regularly used by the general public, reducing privacy and security for condo guests.. Security Issues: The condo is on the first floor, with a balcony easily accessible from the adjacent car parking space. There were no locks on the sliding glass doors, and the building's damaged ground floor offered minimal security overall. There was also no safe for valuables, which was a concern for us as international guests. Unclear Key Instructions. A bundle of unlabeled keys was left with no explanation. A note mentioned the “pool deck”, but no such area was clearly marked. The rear patio, now open to public use, had no outdoor shower as shown in listing photos — just a hose requiring a key, which was not explained. Comfort & Amenities:.We received one towel each for a 5-day stay. Poor water pressure and limited air conditioning made the hot May nights uncomfortable. Noise Levels: Noise from the upstairs unit carried easily due to tiled floors. The master bedroom faced the street, and traffic noise at night was loud. Poor window insulation and restricted A/C made sleeping difficult. Lack of Transparency:We were not informed of the building’s storm damage or missing amenities at any point.
