This house was perfect for our annual golf trip! It comfortably slept 15 of us and had plenty of room for us. Tim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The backyard was amazing, we definitely enjoyed hanging out there.

Great location for golf and family. It worked out well location wise for golf, aquarium and rail park. Also close to all kinds of food and beverage options.

Property met all expectation. Tim responded quickly on any questions our group of 8 golfers had about the property. If we return to Scottsdale next year we will book this house again, no question.

Property had lots to offer but was in somewhat rough condition, previous renters had really damaged the place and certain things weren’t fully clean or repaired. Additionally, host had very strict rules and tried to blame us for some of the damage that was done to the house before we got there. Ultimately a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay, but the condition of the house and handling of damages didn’t sit well with me. I would recommend a stay here but I would definitely purchase insurance.
