You will love this lakefront townhome, tucked away on the beautiful beachside of the popular SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. With two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, as well as a queen sofa sleeper, this property is airy and spacious and accommodates six people. The townhome is close to the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar white beaches but also offers casual lakeside relaxation at its best. Off of the living area is a private patio overlooking a peaceful lake with fountains and a bridge to round out the picturesque landscape.
The outdoor area is ideal for guests to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen sparkles with stainless steel appliances and provides both a breakfast bar area and separate dining area. In addition to lakeside leisure, guests will enjoy keyless entry, a private entrance to the townhome, front door parking and wireless internet. Take your private golf cart for a spin around the resort to check out the dining and shopping!
Guests can take advantage of Beachwalk Villas nearby access to the beautiful Gulf beaches. When it’s time for sunny fun, Beachwalk Villas has a community pool. As an added bonus My Vacation Haven stores complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and sand toys right in the villa for your easy access and use during your stay.

We really enjoy staying at Beachwalk Villas. So close to the beach and a neighborhood pool. Love having the golf cart! Can't wait to go back!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. We love the Sandestin Resort, and this unit was great for our group. The golf cart was a huge plus too! Highly Recommend!!

I throughly enjoy using my vacation haven to rent properties at Sandestin. We have used them multiple times. This year the unit we stayed at was Beachwalk Villa 5135. When we arrived the unit had not really been cleaned. So after driving a full day I had to clean our unit. After paying a $260 cleaning fee you expect your until to be spotless. It was not. I’m sure this is an issue for the cleaning service my vacation haven has contracted out but I reached out to my vacation haven to let them know the cleaning services are not up to par. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Even just an apology. We should have received a discount for the cleaning fee but no one has reached out to us. Only the automatic messages you receive after your vacation is over to submit a review. We will continue to use my vacation haven but I won’t be staying in Beachwalk Villa 5135 again.
