Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.
This recently updated condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, modern bedside tables, an alarm clock/radio, a luggage rack, and extra closet space. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, a smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining room table that seats 3. A lovely kitchenette offers 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, and a toaster. The handy coat closet is where you will find the bedding for the sofa bed, a broom, and the iron and ironing board. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a vanity for more storagre. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.
We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Our overall experience was good! Booking was easy, the information how to get into the condo was easy to follow and it’s in a great location. The condo overall was decent and had a nice little screened in patio. It could use some updating and touch up work. The bathroom doors didn’t shut all the way and there were lots of cracks in the walls and flooring.

Location is great, and the unit has potential but needs some TLC and updating. Bedroom carpet was badly stained, and the screened patio was unusable, as muddy looking dirt covered half of it. Although the tv was wall mounted in the BR, cords hung down the walls, which needed painting. Bath caulk was pulling away, needs replacing. The contrast in care between this unit and another one rented for my son’s family was significant. Since they’re individually owned condos, it’s advisable to check them out as well as possible before renting, as some are much more desirable than others.
