About this apartment rental
Your rental includes parking passes that must be picked up at our office before arrival. The complex has ample parking on site. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool.
The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is across the walkway bridge. There are 10 lighted Plexi-cushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stair-master machines. There is a charge for these activities.
On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's Corner Market with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal). The resort also offers free tram service for access to many of the available amenities. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!

The room was very clean upon arrival. Love the quick and easy access to the beach. Communication was easy. Only thing negative I have to say is that it needs to be updated other than that it’s a great place to stay.

The location was excellent! Very nice resort, but the unit was a little dated and poorly equipped in the kitchen. Very convenient to the beach and pool. Worth the money.!

The view was outstanding and being on the fourth floor allows you to hear the waves and to see the marine life in the ocean. We were able to see dolphins swim by. The beach was beautiful.The pools were always very well maintained. The restaurant at the resort had great food. The staff was very accommodating and everyone was very friendly. We found it to be a great location to enjoy the area.

As advertised-great location. The bed was comfortable-the kitchen was well stocked. Overall could use some updates. Ceiling fan in master needs replaced.
