VILLA IVANA MRLJANE VACATION HOME

Had the best stay in the Villa with a group of friends. Host was super responsive and showed us everything on check in and was easy to contact throughout the stay. The outdoor seating/bbq area and pool are exactly as the pictures show and was a highlight for us. Getting the ferry over was very easy to do and supermarket has everything you need and closest one is a 5 min drive. Loved every minute would 100% go again.

We were the guest of Ivana and Marina in July 2018 quite a large group of people [6 adults, 5 children and a dog]. The house is very large, clean and with all the amenities, so even with larger groups it shouldn't be a problem with the place. A big advantage is the very quiet area [practically no neighbors], a very large yard and swimming pool which in my opinion matters if you spend holidays with children. In addition, by the pool is a great place with a grill, where you can feast for even the whole day. At the end and no less important : great owners, contact and very helpful. In summary: I can recommend this place with a clear conscience :)

We spent (8 adults and 5 children) 14 days in August in complete tranquility and comfort. The house is perfect for family groups thanks to the large spaces and the beautiful garden with swimming pool, barbecue and large indoor table where to make beautiful grills. Also very nice and equipped the gym for those who want to do some sport. I would also recommend the villa for its location, close to many beautiful beaches (even sand) perfect for children. The hosts Ivan and Marina were very kind and always very helpful at any request. A heartfelt thanks from Ivan and Marina for the wonderful stay.

We went to Villa Ivana with family and friends for a week break. Ivan was so helpful from the start and made the transfer from the mainland really easy. The villa is lovely and the pool area is perfect. Ivan helped us organise day trips and explore pasman. The villa was plenty big enough for 9 of us - two families including 5 kids. This is a perfect place for a large family or three families as we were. The villa is large with several nice rooms and a private pool and adjacent to the pool a nice barbecue place. The owner Ivan wre there to greet us when we came and showed how everything worked. Ivan is very sevice minded and answered all questions and came wiht suggestions on boat trips and resturants etc. I would definately recomend this villa to anyone but maybe families with kids will enjoy it most thanks to the nice pool. Even though the villa Ivana is located on the Island of Pasman you have everyhting you need om the Island wheather you want to go biking or snorkeling but I would recomend a trip to the Krka national park to see the waterfalls, they are Amazing. We will be back (Three Swedish families who hade a really nice time)

This beautiful villa is next to the sea with all comforts you need. Ivan and his wife have been very hostile and even cooked for us one night. Although we've been 16 persons who spent their holidays there, it was spacious nevertheless and possible to spend some time allone. The island itself is not yet overcrowded by tourism but is having all the infrastructure you need. Thanks for the great holidays!

The owners are very charming and always available for us. The house is situated in a beautiful location close to nature near the sea and excellent local restaurants. It is a very quiet location with pool at our feet. shops are nearby. There is the possibility to explore the island by bike (for the more adventurous) :) to discover extraordinary wild places. For revelers, the city of Zadar is accessible by bus or taxi boats!!! Awesome destination Awesome place, Awesome owners, Awesome girls, Awesome Holidays. We miss all of this, see you soon Pasman!!

Our stay on Pasman was relaxing. The owner of this Villa was friendly and accommodating. The options of having a pool with fresh water and the beach met all of our swimming needs. The house was very nice and clean. We were comfortable. The street on which the house was located was quiet with little traffic and less worry for us with our children. We were grateful for the large electric skillet as the stove was gas/electric in the main kitchen and didn't heat as quickly as we expected. We also didn't realize that we needed to turn the gas on from underneath the sink so this would have been nice to know from the beginning. We took the boat excursion to Kornati and the Salt Lake. The views were beautiful but be warned. This excursion begins at 8:30am and goes to 6:30pm. It takes three hours alone to arrive at the first destination and the short stay at the lake was very crowded and not nearly what we had previously enjoyed back on Pasman. I had thought that the boat trip would be maximum of 45 minutes to 1 hour and then we would spend the entire day exploring the national park by hiking and then do some swimming here and there. The reality was that we spent most of the time on the boat with about 20 other people and no time hiking and had 2 segments of 45 minutes and then 1 1/2 hours swimming. Breakfast and Lunch were good and were provided. If you know what to expect, you can make the choice that really meets your expectations. Also, be warned that you must have a boat license from any country in order to rent your own boat. The Slovenia restaurant at Tkon that the owner of the Villa recommended was very nice and the food superb with good prices. I personally enjoyed walking on the beach and discovering the neighborhoods. The people were very friendly. Twice I hiked Trail number 6 up to the cross in the little village of Marljane. It is most pleasant walk in the morning or evening. To visit other locations off the island with a car, you must plan 1 extra hour to pay for the ferry ticket and get across (about 7-8 Euros per car, 2 Euros per Adult and 1 Euro per child). The boat goes leaves the island on the hour and comes back on the half hour so this time must be considered. It is generally considered better to stay on the island or make other arrangements if you want to visit other more distant locations. If you are looking for a quiet, low key vacation, this is a really nice place to stay.
