Had the best stay in the Villa with a group of friends. Host was super responsive and showed us everything on check in and was easy to contact throughout the stay. The outdoor seating/bbq area and pool are exactly as the pictures show and was a highlight for us. Getting the ferry over was very easy to do and supermarket has everything you need and closest one is a 5 min drive. Loved every minute would 100% go again.

We went to Villa Ivana with family and friends for a week break. Ivan was so helpful from the start and made the transfer from the mainland really easy. The villa is lovely and the pool area is perfect. Ivan helped us organise day trips and explore pasman. The villa was plenty big enough for 9 of us - two families including 5 kids. We'd love to go back! The trip from the UK is easy via Zadar. thanks Ivan

This beautiful villa is next to the sea with all comforts you need. Ivan and his wife have been very hostile and even cooked for us one night. Although we've been 16 persons who spent their holidays there, it was spacious nevertheless and possible to spend some time allone. The island itself is not yet overcrowded by tourism but is having all the infrastructure you need. Thanks for the great holidays!

Our stay at Villa 2015793 on Pasman

Our stay on Pasman was relaxing. The owner of this Villa was friendly and accommodating. The options of having a pool with fresh water and the beach met all of our swimming needs. The house was very nice and clean. We were comfortable. The street on which the house was located was quiet with little traffic and less worry for us with our children. We were grateful for the large electric skillet as the stove was gas/electric in the main kitchen and didn't heat as quickly as we expected. We also didn't realize that we needed to turn the gas on from underneath the sink so this would have been nice to know from the beginning. We took the boat excursion to Kornati and the Salt Lake. The views were beautiful but be warned. This excursion begins at 8:30am and goes to 6:30pm. It takes three hours alone to arrive at the first destination and the short stay at the lake was very crowded and not nearly what we had previously enjoyed back on Pasman. I had thought that the boat trip would be maximum of 45 minutes to 1 hour and then we would spend the entire day exploring the national park by hiking and then do some swimming here and there. The reality was that we spent most of the time on the boat with about 20 other people and no time hiking and had 2 segments of 45 minutes and then 1 1/2 hours swimming. Breakfast and Lunch were good and were provided. If you know what to expect, you can make the choice that really meets your expectations. Also, be warned that you must have a boat license from any country in order to rent your own boat. The Slovenia restaurant at Tkon that the owner of the Villa recommended was very nice and the food superb with good prices. I personally enjoyed walking on the beach and discovering the neighborhoods. The people were very friendly. Twice I hiked Trail number 6 up to the cross in the little village of Marljane. It is most pleasant walk in the morning or evening. To visit other locations off the island with a car, you must plan 1 extra hour to pay for the ferry ticket and get across (about 7-8 Euros per car, 2 Euros per Adult and 1 Euro per child). The boat goes leaves the island on the hour and comes back on the half hour so this time must be considered. It is generally considered better to stay on the island or make other arrangements if you want to visit other more distant locations. If you are looking for a quiet, low key vacation, this is a really nice place to stay.

We were the guest of Ivana and Marina in July 2018 quite a large group of people [6 adults, 5 children and a dog]. The house is very large, clean and with all the amenities, so even with larger groups it shouldn't be a problem with the place. A big advantage is the very quiet area [practically no neighbors], a very large yard and swimming pool which in my opinion matters if you spend holidays with children. In addition, by the pool is a great place with a grill, where you can feast for even the whole day. At the end and no less important : great owners, contact and very helpful. In summary: I can recommend this place with a clear conscience :)

Siamo stati a Villa Ivana dal 11 al 25 Agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa bella Villa. Siamo una compagnia di 3 famiglie di 16 persone in totale con “bimbi” dal 7 ai 19 anni e Villa Ivana, con il suo patio esterno con barbecue e con la sua bella piscina, è stata davvero molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento particolare a Ivan e Marina, perfetti padroni di casa sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità.

We spent (8 adults and 5 children) 14 days in August in complete tranquility and comfort. The house is perfect for family groups thanks to the large spaces and the beautiful garden with swimming pool, barbecue and large indoor table where to make beautiful grills. Also very nice and equipped the gym for those who want to do some sport. I would also recommend the villa for its location, close to many beautiful beaches (even sand) perfect for children. The hosts Ivan and Marina were very kind and always very helpful at any request. A heartfelt thanks from Ivan and Marina for the wonderful stay.

Wir(10 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder)haben Mitte August eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Ivana verbracht.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,eine Menge Platz....alle Küchengeräte vorhanden.Man kann super entspannen da es sehr ruhig ist.......wer Ruhe sucht,ist hier genau richtig.Geräumiges Haus mit großem Grundstück,Pool,Grill,Tischtennis,Fitnessstudio und Spielmöglichkeiten für große und kleine Kinder.Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos!Die Vermieter Ivan und Marina sind sehr nett und für jede Frage sehr hilfsbereit(Danke nochmal):)....Gleich oberhalb vom Haus gibt es super Möglichkeit zum wandern und in einer halben Stunde zu Fuß hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Pasman Kanal.Dieses Gebiet ist ein ideales Reiseziel für Taucher,Radfahrer und Nautiker......tolle Strände und Buchten sind hier zu entdecken..... Ich möchte mich im Namen meiner Familie bei Ivan und Marina ganz herzlich bedanken,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprachen 100%ig der Realität. Die Unterkunft war super. Der Garten mit Pool war sehr gepflegt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Klares Wasser und genügend Platz zum Liegen direkt am Meer auch in der Hauptsaison.

Supertolle 10 Tage mit 15 Abiturienten. Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage und ist wunderschön. Die 15 Leute sind bequem untergekommen. Der Vermieter Ivan war sehr nett und hat uns für einen Tag eine absolut empfehlenswerte Bootstour vermittelt. Sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren Anfang September auf Pasman mit 6 Personen im Haus Villa Ivana untergebracht. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und absolut ruhig gelegen. Zur dieser Zeit keine Nachbarn dies sich an irgendetwas stören könnten. Insgesamt war im September nicht mehr viel los auf Pasman, das war aber kein Problem für uns. Es gibt einen Gemüse Garten sowie Feigen und Oliven Bäume auf dem Grundstück. Der Pool war eine Bereicherung, aber schon sehr kalt im September. Vielleicht kann man die Sonnenenergie nutzen um das Wasser zu erwärmen. Zum Haus gibt nicht viel zu sagen, einfach sehr geräumig. Wir bedanken uns bei Ivan und Marina für die Gastfreundschaft.

wir waren insgesamt 14 personen in der villa ivana. 8 erwachsene 6 kinder das haus hat eine schöne ruhige lage, vom obersten stockwerk mit aussicht aufs meer und knapp 10 min braucht man zum strand von mrljane. im haus sind überall klimaanlagen verteilt die mir persönlich sehr wichtig waren um sich von den temperaturen der mittagssonne zurückzuziehen, es befinden sich auch drei schöne küchen und drei bäder im haus die genügend privatsphäre geben. der pool war für uns wohl das wichtigste kriterium warum wir uns für dieses haus entschieden haben. den dort trifft sich die familie zum relaxen und zum geniessen... der grillplatz ist grossflächig überdacht und gibt einen schön luftigen und schattigen platz mit einem riesen tisch für 16 personen. überraschend war das das haus sogar mit w-lan und deutschsprachigen tv ausgestattet war (für kinder). man merkt das der besitzer der villa sehr darum bemüht ist das haus zu modernisieren und auf dem neuesten stand zu halten. wer einen entspannten urlaub erleben will, ohne lärm und dennoch nicht weit weg vom halligalli wird mit der villa ivana sehr zufrieden sein für grössere oder kleinere gruppen kann ich dieses haus nur empfehlen. ich bedanke mich bei ivan und seiner frau für die gastfreundlichkeit die uns entgegengebracht wurde und freu mich auf ein wiedersehn!! mfg TONI!

The Pefect place for a large family or families

This is a perfect place for a large family or three families as we were. The villa is large with several nice rooms and a private pool and adjacent to the pool a nice barbecue place. The owner Ivan wre there to greet us when we came and showed how everything worked. Ivan is very sevice minded and answered all questions and came wiht suggestions on boat trips and resturants etc. I would definately recomend this villa to anyone but maybe families with kids will enjoy it most thanks to the nice pool. Even though the villa Ivana is located on the Island of Pasman you have everyhting you need om the Island wheather you want to go biking or snorkeling but I would recomend a trip to the Krka national park to see the waterfalls, they are Amazing. We will be back (Three Swedish families who hade a really nice time)

Villa Ivana..Ein Traum.. Wir waren Anfang Oktober mit 6 Jugendlichen und 4 Betreuern im Rahmen der Jugendhilfe zu Gast bei Ivan und Marina. Das Haus überzeugt in den Punkten Lage,Zustand,Dimension ,Raumaufteilung und Außenbereich.Man sieht, daß Ivan kontinuierlich mit Herz bei der Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Substanz am Werk ist. Wir fühlten uns schon nach wenigen Stunden wie zuhause, unsere aufgedrehten Jugis waren recht schnell erstaunlich entspannt.Dies lag an der Entschleunigung der Insel Pasman, die uns bereits beim Anlegen der Fähre in Tkon empfing .Man merkt schnell, daß die Insel weit entfernt vom überlaufenen Touriziel ist und es laut Einheimischen auch bleiben möchte. Der Hausberg ist traumhaft morgens um 0630 beim Sonnenaufgang über der Adria. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Tag mit Wanderung zu menschenleeren Buchten auf die andere Seite der Insel, sind ca. 1,5 h einmal durch. Zadar sollte man auch einen Besuch abstatten, besonders die Altstadt lohnt sich. Unser Resume : Sehr gerne wieder, auch privat !!! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße, Ingo

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen: Es ist nicht weit zum Meer, die Natur läd zum Wandern ein und die Nachbarn sind auch in entspannter Distanz, sodass man das eigene Reich wirklich genießen kann. Das Haus ist gut instand und es gibt alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit einer großen Gruppe (wir waren 15 Personen) braucht. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und damit wirklich eine Bereicherung! Ivan und Marina waren zwei sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Der Urlaub war wirklich super und das Haus ist jederzeit zu empfehlen. Fernab der Urlaubssaison empfiehlt es sich allerdings schon auf dem Festland die größten Einkäufe zu erledigen. Allerdings gibt es in der Nähe auch ein paar kleine Tante-Emma-Läden. Viel Spaß! Jana

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub mit 13 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) in der Villa Ivana verbracht. Es war wunderschön aber leider zu kurz. Die Villa ist sehr schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight für die Kinder war der Pool. Im Haus und Garten gibt es für jeden sein Plätzchen und ebenso ausreichend Schatten. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Dort gibt es einen Strand der sehr gut für Kinder geeignet ist und ein Restaurant dass auch zu empfehlen ist. Die Insel ist sehr gemütlich und schön und zum Glück nicht überlaufen. Wenn es klappt werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder hinfahren, dann aber gleich für 2 Wochen. Es empfiehlt sich auch eine Anreise und Abreise am Freitag oder Sonntag.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen und einem Hund zu Gast und hatten einen super tollen Urlaub. Es hätten noch weitere Personen mitkommen können, da das Haus über reichlich Platz verfügt und man auch aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten, genügend Zeit für Privatsphäre findet. Die Familie Livljanic war sehr freundlich und hat uns jederzeit geholfen, wenn wir Fragen/Probleme hatten. Auch das gemeinsame Grillen mit den Vermietern war super, wir hatten einen tollen Abend. Desweiteren war auch der Bootsausflug mit Ivan eine gelunge Abwechslung. Der Pool wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt, es war genügend Platz vorhanden, so dass man dort ausgiebig toben und relaxen konnte. Auch sonst haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir würden sicher noch mal wiederkommen und bedanken uns für den schönen Urlaub. Wie Urlaub bei Freunden

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf der Insel Pasman und haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Mit insgesamt 16 Personen (drei Familien mit Kindern von 6 bis 18 Jahren), wurde das Haus trotzdem nicht zu klein und jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen hier völlig anschließen. Sie waren auch der ausschlaggebende Grund, weshalb ich mich für dieses Haus entschieden hatte. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie abgebildet. Von Anfang an hatten wir das Gefühl keine Mieter zu sein, sondern so wie alte Freunde, die zu Besuch kommen. Klar, dass man dann auch mal über die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit hinwegsieht, die nicht deutscher Perfektion entspricht. Was mir am besten dort gefallen hat, war die Ruhe. Kein Nachbar, der stört oder den man stören kann. So waren Grillen oder selbst eine Poolparty noch zu später Stunde kein Problem. Apropos Pool: Laut unserer Kinder das beste am ganzen Urlaub! Das Hauses ist vom Meer ein paar Meter zu laufen und man muss dazu die (wenig befahrene) Inselstraße überqueren. Dieser Nachteil wird aber durch die leicht erhöhte Lage am Fuße der Bergkette aufgewogen. Wenn man vom Haus eine halbe Stunde weiter nach oben läuft kann man den Berggipfel erreichen und hat ein perfektes Panorama über die ganze Insel. Aber auch auf den beiden Balkonen des Hauses hat man vor allem am Abend einen wunderschönen sonnigen Blick über die ganze Bucht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat sich durch die neue Spülmaschine immens verbessert. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es leider nicht, was aber für uns kein Problem war. Der Vermieter hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Immer wieder schaute er ob alles ok war und kümmerte sich um die Sauberkeit des Pools. Sogar Einkaufs- und Ausflugstipps (wunderschön: Roller ausleihen und über die Insel fahren) bekamen wir und wurden nie enttäuscht. Ich hatte mich schon durch die anderen Bewertungen auf das Grillen mit dem Vermieter gefreut. Schon allein dafür lohnt es sich dort hinzufahren. Aber auch die Bootstour durch die Kornati-Inseln hat er gut organisiert. Alles in allem: Keine anonyme "Tourismus-Einheitsware", sondern persönlicher Urlaub mit Herz.
